Tom Hanks' Son Sues Ex-Girlfriend For Allegedly Slashing Him With A Knife

Tom Hank's son is suing his ex-girlfriend claims she slashed him with a knife after he confronted her over "fraudulent" charges made on his debit cards.
According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, Chet Hanks filed a lawsuit for assault and battery, claiming back in January a day after splitting up with his girlfriend -- Kiana Parker -- the couple got into a violent altercation which included her smashing him in the face with a pot, and cutting him with a knife.

In the filing, Chet Hanks claims his ex-girlfriend stole personal property totalling now less than $13,700. Which included the following, "A couch valued at $2,600.00; A King Size Bed valued at $3,500.00; Miscellaneous merchandise valued at $2,600.00; and A Flat Screen TV valued at $5,000.00.
Interestingly, a video was leaked to the media in the days following the lawsuit which shows the altercation which appears to show the pot and knife.
But, Chet is not the only one who claims violence in this situation. Kiana got a restraining order against Chet after the incident claiming he been abusive on several occasions in the past year.
In one instance, while the couple was in New Orleans for his 'Your Honor' shooting -- she claims he grabbed her wrists and arms flinging her around in their hotel room. During the incident, she claims he threw a bottle at her and said no one would believe her because she was "just a ghetto Black b---h" and he was "Chet Hanks.

According to the lawsuit, Chet claims his ex-girlfriend, "had stolen money from him to pay for her travel expenses and travel expenses for her friend." At that point, Hanks claims he "decided to end the relationship" and she "fraudulently made charges to his debit card totaling no less than $5,759.91."
In the filing, Chet Hanks claims the next day he broke off the relationship and told Parker he would be vacating the property. At that point he alleges she "brought three menacing large men" to the home with one of them showing "he had a gun."
He continued, (She) then approached (Chet) holding a pot and a knife." She allegedly, "smashed him over the face with the pot and cut him with the knife." Hanks claims after being slashed with the knife he was "bleeding profusely."
After the incident, he claims "realizing that she was in trouble, (she) started to videotape him and made extortionist threats," which included "she would ruin him."

Kiana's version of the slashing incident is much different. She claims she showed up at the home to get her stuff with a few movers. At that point, she claims Chet was antagonizing her, and HE grabbed the knife in a menacing way.
At that point, she says she grabbed a pot for self-defense and swung it at him. She alleges he chased her out onto the street, where he attacked her until others came to help.

"The day after Chet Hanks confronted Kiana Parker about stealing money from his credit card, while Ms. Parker was accompanied by a huge male carrying a gun she viciously attacked Chet with a knife, which caused him to profusely bleed. It is all on video and the undisputed video tells the whole story. Her claims are completely false, fabricated, and fictional," Hank's lawyer said.
As for Kiana, her attorney said, "Kiana is under a doctor's care at the moment, and that she's tried serving Chet to no avail ... even having gone so far as to reach out to his parents, Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson, over the TRO she's trying to make permanent."
