YouTuber Twomad's official cause of death has finally been revealed six months after his passing.
Leading up to his death, Twomad reportedly exhibited erratic behavior and faced serious allegations, including sexual assault.
Fellow YouTuber Jameskii later accused Twomad of multiple attempted murders, rape, and pedophilia, claiming he had tried to help law enforcement prevent further harm.
Details Emerge On Twomad's Accidental Overdose And Tragic Death
According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner's report, obtained by TMZ, Twomad, whose real name was Muudea Sedik, died from a morphine overdose, which has been classified as "accidental."
The report also noted the presence of mitragynine, a substance often used in opioid withdrawal treatment, as a contributing factor in his death.
Back in February, authorities discovered Twomad's body in his Los Angeles home after receiving a call from his therapist, who had requested a welfare check after not seeing or hearing from Twomad over several days.
At the time, law enforcement sources had initially suspected an overdose after discovering drug paraphernalia at the scene, and the Medical Examiner's findings now confirmed that drugs were indeed the cause of death.
In the days leading up to his death, fans observed increasingly erratic behavior from Twomad. On February 9, the 23-year-old shared unsettling images of firearms on his X account, along with a series of incoherent tweets.

Prior to the confirmation of his death, fans had become worried by the increasingly strange content Twomad was posting on X (formerly Twitter).
On February 8, the 23-year-old shared a photo of his gun without context. His strange tweets also included confusing phrases and statements, like "neutron starrr" and "im like an alien."
Another strange tweet read, "I mean the explaination (sic) for the vast amount of subparticles is that motion means collision means a new big bang origin."
The YouTuber later quoted this with the message, "scared to death of Ethiopian magnesium."
Twomad's YouTube Career
Twomad gained popularity for his gaming content, skits, and viral memes, including the well-known "Goodnight Girl" meme. Since starting his YouTube journey in 2017, he amassed a significant following of 2 million subscribers.
However, despite his success, Twomad was no stranger to controversy, often pushing boundaries with his content.
He notably collaborated with OnlyFans star Belle Delphine, posting provocative images of the two dressed in "Toy Story" costumes.
After his passing, Delphine took to X to pay tribute to him, writing: "After talking online for around a year, Twomad flew all the way out to the UK to film a video with me, and we spent two days together, over those two days he was friendly, funny, playful and a lot more shy than I expected. We were almost the same age, both enjoyed making random shit on the internet so I related with him a lot."
She continued, "I found his content hilarious and admired how confident he seemed in his videos. He was so creative and often shared ideas with me and we'd both laugh about them. He really created his own genre of YouTube video's, doing it all while so young. He inspired me a lot, and I will miss him."
The YouTuber Was Plagued By Controversies And Sexual Assault Allegations
Before his passing, Twomad found himself embroiled in controversy and faced serious accusations, including sexual assault.
An X user named Goldibell accused the YouTuber of groping her and stalking her with over six burner numbers.
Twomad addressed these allegations during a Twitch stream that has since been deleted. In the stream, he expressed disbelief at the situation, stating, "This is ridiculous, man. I can't believe people actually fall for this cr-p."
He went on to dismiss the claims, referring to Goldibell as a "dumb b-tch" and criticizing how quickly people believe accusations without evidence.
"It's crazy how worked up people get. They hear something and jump right into believing it without any actual proof. It's like a witch hunt or something," he remarked at the time.
Twomad was also criticized for making controversial remarks about murdered transgender teenager Brianna Ghey.
The Late YouTuber Was Accused Of Attempted Murder, 'Rape,' And 'Pedophilia'
Following his tragic passing, fellow YouTuber Jameskii leveled serious accusations against Twomad, saying the late influencer had repeatedly attempted to murder him and accusing him of being a rapist and a pedophile.
Jameskii took to X to share his experience, writing, "I can finally say it. Twomad was a rapist and a pedophile. Over the past few years, he tried to murder me multiple times for helping the police & detectives in multiple states to investigate a lot of horrible things he's done."
Jameskii further claimed that Twomad had driven while "high on illegal drugs" and almost killed multiple people.
He emphasized that people shouldn't forget that the late YouTuber is a "rapist and pedophile" who allegedly put a 13-year-old in the mental hospital.
