Christine Quinn is soaking up the sun and serving looks while seemingly throwing shade at her estranged husband, Christian Richard. 

The pair's relationship took a nosedive in March, leading the former pair to file for temporary restraining orders against each other.

With tensions running high, Christian Richard's attempt to ease the terms of the temporary restraining order against him has provoked a strong reaction from Christine Quinn.

The reality TV star, looking stunning as ever, showed off her fit figure in a revealing pink bikini while soaking up the sun on a luxurious boat, clearly enjoying life post-breakup.

Quinn's toned physique was on full display in a skimpy bikini top that wrapped down her waist and paired with matching bottoms. Her platinum blonde hair flowed effortlessly as she lounged at the back of the boat. 

With the catchy tune "360" by Charli XCX playing in the background, Quinn cranked up the drama by overlaying text on the reel that read, "Remember ladies, while you're healing, he's balding."

The post was captioned with playful green heart emojis and an apple alongside the hashtags, "#brat #bratsummer #bratslay #summervibes #hotgirlsummer."

After sharing the bikini post, Quinn returned to the comments section to deliver another blow, writing, "Correction 'Still Balding.'" The cheeky jab did not go unnoticed by her followers, who quickly chimed in with their witty remarks.

The mother-of-one's post came just a day after Richard filed a petition in court to ease the terms of his temporary restraining order. Richard is seeking access to the couple's Hollywood Hills home, citing an urgent need to address ongoing property issues, per The Blast.

The real estate mogul pled with the court to lift the restrictions that prevent him from entering the California estate, which he claims has been racking up hefty utility bill fines from Los Angeles Vector Control. 

According to Richard, the fines totaling up to $10,000 are due to alleged water damage and other maintenance issues at the property. 

In legal documents, Richard's team made it clear that he alone owns the property, emphasizing, "As separate property, there is no marital interest in the property, and no funds were co-mingled during the duration of the marriage," dismissing any claims Quinn might have over the estate.

The 35-year-old's attorneys swiftly shut down Richard's claims about alleged water damage at their Hollywood Hills property.

The legal team dismissed the 44-year-old's assertions as exaggerated, revealing that the real issue stems from an "unpaid LADWP bill that hasn't been paid for months."

Quinn's lawyers argue that the so-called water problem dates back to a burst pipe in September 2023 that caused flooding in the basement.

In an unexpected twist, Richard also demanded Quinn repay him $29,000, the alleged monthly rental value of their shared home, and reimbursement for luxury Hermes bags he purchased for her during their marriage. He claims these were "investment items" bought on Quinn's behalf. 

Quinn's world was turned upside down in March as her ex-husband found himself behind bars following a domestic violence incident. The Blast reported that the shocking turn of events unfolded when authorities and medical personnel rushed to the model's L.A residence. 

Law enforcement sources revealed that Quinn was swiftly granted an emergency protective order against Richard, which she accepted. The order protected Quinn for seven days, offering her a temporary reprieve amid the turmoil.

Richard was booked on charges of assault with a deadly weapon stemming from the violent confrontation that allegedly took place inside their home. Despite the ongoing legal battles and public drama, Christine Quinn is determined to enjoy her post-breakup glow-up, no matter what.
