Jax Taylor Makes Fashion His First Stop After Release From Rehab

Jax Taylor is making a fresh start following his rehab stint, and his first stop is a stylish haircut with pal and fellow "The Valley" cast member Daniel Booko. 

Eager to dive back into his career and family life, Taylor is hitting the ground running as he transitions from treatment to reality TV stardom. 

With plans to return to filming and reconnect with loved ones, Jax Taylor is ready to embrace his next chapter with a new look.

Taylor made a notable reappearance following his stint in in-patient treatment for mental health, stepping out in style with a new look.

On Thursday, the former reality star was spotted at Dapper Dave's Barber Lounge in North Hollywood, getting a sleek haircut alongside his friend Daniel Booko.

Dressed in a casual yet stylish ensemble of a black top, jeans, and white and red sneakers, Taylor exuded a refreshed vibe as he reintroduced himself to the public eye. 

The day reportedly began with him renting a Ford pickup truck from Enterprise, setting the tone for the day. Following his haircut, which left him looking notably more polished and toned, Taylor looked ready to embrace life post-rehab with renewed confidence. 

Days before his public debut, Taylor revealed his intentions to dive back into filming and prioritize quality time with his son, Cruz. The Blast noted that sources revealed that the father-of-one is set to head straight to Los Angeles.

Amidst his professional plans, Taylor's priorities are clear: adjusting to life post-rehab and cherishing moments with his son, Cruz are at the top of his list. 

However, his family time will be limited to their shared home, as his estranged wife, Brittany Cartwright, will be staying in a nearby rental apartment.

On the work front, Taylor is gearing up to join the emotional second season of "The Valley," which has been in production since early summer. 

While he plans to eventually discuss his rehab journey and its impact on him in the upcoming season of "The Valley," Taylor will do so on his own timeline. The 45-year-old's decision to check into rehab sparked curiosity about the reasons behind his treatment. 

The Blast shared that Taylor sought in-patient treatment as a response to severe mental health struggles, which were exacerbated by his ongoing separation from his ex-wife. 

The couple's marital issues, which led to their split announced in February, played out publicly on "The Valley's" season 1 finale. At the time, Taylor's rep requested "privacy and respect until he is ready to speak more on the matter." 

In an interview with Andy Cohen on "Watch What Happens Live" in April, Cartwright shared that a significant disagreement was the catalyst for the split.

The Blast shared that she described the fight as a pivotal moment that revealed deep-seated issues in their relationship. In her words:

"We just had a horrible fight and it was like a veil was lifted, and I noticed everything wrong. You know they always say a woman can hit her breaking point, and it's hard to come back from that."

The reality TV star explained that the conflict began after she went out with her friend and "The Valley" co-star Kristen Doute.

Cartwright shared that Taylor was upset the following morning about her night out, claiming he had concocted a "story in his own head" about events that never occurred, which escalated into a major argument.

While revealing the breaking point that led her to end her marriage, she also addressed rumors of infidelity. Cartwright described their relationship as increasingly toxic, with frequent arguments over trivial matters that made her realize she needed to step away.

When asked about hints from "The Valley" cast members suggesting infidelity, Cartwright dismissed the rumors, stating, "Not that I'm aware of. I don't think so, Ireally don't think so."

She reassured fans that thorough investigations, including efforts by fellow "The Valley" cast member Janet, confirmed that Taylor had not been unfaithful.

The 35-year-old also revealed that she and Taylor had not yet sought couples therapy despite recognizing the need for professional help.

As Jax Taylor steps into his new chapter with a fresh look and renewed focus on his career and family, it is clear he is determined to embrace life post-rehab.
