The couple, who married in 2019, shares a three-year-old son named Christian Jr. Since the split, their legal issues have only escalated, with Dumontet recently filing to drop the restraining order against him, citing financial burdens, including a $10,000 utility bill and daily fines for the unkempt property.

Dumontet's request to lift the restraining order was partly driven by mounting costs tied to their former marital home in the Hollywood Hills. According to court documents obtained by Page Six, he claims he has been hit with "thousands of dollars" in fines due to property neglect. Dumontet alleges that Quinn, who has access to the home, hasn't maintained it since July, leaving him with the financial fallout.

Dumontet's legal team also argued that the home is his separate property, with no marital interest involved. He is seeking $29,000 in monthly rental value from Quinn for the home, along with reimbursement for luxurious Hermes bags he purchased during their marriage, which he claims were "investment items."

Quinn's legal team has pushed back against Dumontet's claims, particularly the $10,000 water bill. They insist that the bill is simply unpaid and that ongoing water leak issues date back to September 2023, when a burst pipe flooded the basement. They also denied any emergency water damage at the property.

As the divorce proceedings continue, Quinn's team maintains that Dumontet's financial woes stem from his own actions and that his attempts to reclaim funds for Hermes bags and utility bills are unwarranted.
