Ashley Tisdale, most well known for her respected starring role in the hit Disney movie series “Highley School Musical”, has just given birth to her first child with husband, Christopher French. The couple, married in 2014, have enjoyed a happy relationship and online reputation for years.

Ashley, now age 35, has become quite the social media influencer, promoting her brand “Frenshe” and posting the frequent pregnancy update.

Fans were thrilled to hear that she had successfully delivered a daughter, and she has posted a series of adorable pictures on her Instagram since.

Ashley posted several lengthy messages to her followers letting them know how grateful to have such a supportive husband, and was overjoyed to announce that their daughter, Jupiter Iris French, had officially joined their family on the 23rd.

Along with posting a sweet photo of her holding Jupiters little hand, Ashley posted a photo of her daughter’s hair. She also shared pictures of herself before and after going into labor.

Needless to say, her fanbase have been buzzing about the highly awaited news, causing several prominent outlets to cover the event with evenly joyous sentiments.

“I don’t think I’ve ever felt more exhausted. But it is SO worth it. I can’t believe what my body was capable of until now, it’s amazing and I’m so grateful it brought this beautiful gift into our life. So now I will be gentle with my self and heal and I have a pretty amazing partner taking care of both the baby and me” (Ashley)

That message was quite popular with other mothers who had similar experiences, but her latest post (which went live about four hours ago) is truly a composition to behold! 

“Wow how is this already a week ago?? How Is my baby one week old? When they say it takes a village it truly does. I had an amazing labor experience, of course there was pain but I set my intentions that morning and it was exactly how I wanted Jupiter to enter the world. Calm, peaceful, letting go of fear and being super present. I honestly couldn’t have had that mindset if it weren’t for my amazing doula @lbreggy, she was the game changer. 

Flameless candles, fairy lights, massages, but it’s her presence that calms you. My dr is such a badass and I trusted that I could let go of any fears because I knew if something came up she could handle it. The nurses at Cedars that took such great care of us and of course my amazing husband @cmfrench who at times I looked at in my deepest pain and I could see he was scared but his calming nature and breathing techniques help me calm down. It was just amazing for both @cmfrench and I to see all these women cheering me on. It was powerful and life changing.”
