Her latest tennis matchup comes months after an insider told People Magazine, “[Gisele is so] busy with her life that she doesn’t have time to dwell on the negatives out there. " The source explained that she feels “secure and happy."

The supermodel wasn’t shy about breaking a sweat during her recent tennis workout, pulling her long locks into a ponytail and rocking a black baseball hat.

Fitness has been important to Gisele for years. She even shared her wellness routine with fans earlier this year. “I like to exercise outside: surfing, swimming, horseback riding, volleyball," she told the Wall Street Journal. "When I’m on holiday, I do more of that.”

Gisele told the outlet that she kicks off her mornings with “lukewarm water with a little lemon and Celtic salt.” For breakfast, she sticks to eggs, avocado, omelets, or frittatas, but “sometimes” opts for a smoothie. “I always make an almond paste to have some protein in there,” she said.

Earlier this month, she was spotted playing beach tennis with her new boyfriend, Joaquim Valente, whom she started dating following her divorce from retired NFL quarterback Tom Brady.

“I think there are easier days than others, and I can only control what I do,” Gisele told Robin Roberts about how she is handling life post-divorce. "Where my heart is now is where I am right now. I’m living my truth, and I’m not apologizing for it."
