Shannon Beador didn't have the easiest time coping with the restrictions of the COVID-19 quarantine last year.

During a recent interview on Us Weekly's "Getting Real With the Real Housewives" podcast, "The Real Housewives of Orange County" cast member shared what she regrets about her time at home with her boyfriend, John Janssen, and three kids before dishing on her pandemic struggles and her ongoing weight ups and downs.

“I’ve always been a thin person so it was very tough for me, it was heavy on my heart to have gained the weight that I have and I’m still, I'm in the process of my glow up right now," Beador explained. "I’m finally starting to lose that COVID weight and then I’m going to stay there because this rollercoaster doesn’t work for me very well."

"But now I think thankfully everything is starting to open up here and I’m hoping everyone is healthy and we get rid of this thing soon. I’m committed this year to good health.”
