Scheana Shay Gushes Over Romance With Boyfriend Brock Davies

Scheana Shay and Brock Davies are preparing to welcome their first child together and during a recent interview with the Bravo Insider, the "Vanderpump Rules" cast member looked back at the early moments of their romance.

"From the time I met him, he was just so amazing that it scared me away. And I tried to push him away for several weeks, and he wouldn't let me, thankfully," Shay admitted.

Shay and Davies began dating in 2019 and officially confirmed their relationship on Instagram that November.

After attempting to fight off Davies for some time, Shay ultimately decided to give their relationship a shot. 

"And I was like, 'OK, well, this guy's not going anywhere, so maybe I should give him a chance.' And then about six weeks in, he had a rugby game in Australia and was gonna be out there visiting his family for like six weeks and was like, 'Do you want to come out?' And I'm like, 'I mean, well yeah, now I like you, and we just started talking. Like, I don't I want to go six weeks without seeing you,'" Shay recalled. 

 "And on that trip when I met his family and we went to Bali and he told me he loved me, I was just like, I have never felt anything like that before," Shay continued.

Then, in the months that followed, Shay and Davies made the decision to get to know one another even better as they leaned on each other through the pandemic.

"And then, you know, fast forward four, five months, we're in a pandemic living together. And it was just such a fast forward in the relationship that I would never normally move in with someone I've only been dating six months. But it was like, what are our options?" Shay explained. 

According to Shay, she and Davies ended up living together at her vacation property in Palm Springs, California, after she decided to flee her apartment in Marina Del Ray. 

"I wanted to get the hell out of L.A. [as I was in Marina del Rey at that time]. I'm like, what if they have like armed guards like blocking it off, and like I can't actually leave my apartment? We didn't know how bad the lockdown was gonna be. So I'm like, I have a beautiful house in Palm Springs. I think it would be better to be living in a house than stuck in an apartment with two cats where I might not be able to leave," Shay shared. 

Because Davies was living in his own place in San Diego at the time COVI-19 first began to spread, meeting up in Palm Springs, which was between his home and Shay's place in Los Angeles seemed like the perfect idea. 

"And he, at the time, was in an apartment in San Diego. I'm like, why don't we just meet in Palm Springs? We thought it was gonna be maybe a couple weeks. And that turned into four months living together," Shay revealed.
