Selena Gomez may have just dropped a major hint regarding the rumors that claim she and her boyfriend, Benny Blanco, are engaged.
This unexpected power couple quietly kicked things off in mid-2023, keeping their romance on the down-low for months before finally stepping into the spotlight, but once they went public, it was game on.
These two haven’t held back, flooding social media with adorable pics and showing off their love with matching custom accessories. And it’s not just pop music that bonds them—Selena and Benny share a love for cooking, too. Selena’s already the queen of the culinary scene with her hit MAX series "Selena + Chef," while Benny just made his mark with a cookbook "Open Wide."
Eight months after going Instagram official, fans are convinced that Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco are engaged.
Selena Gomez Started Following A Wedding Planning Agency
Fans who went sleuthing noticed Selena hit that follow button on a wedding planning agency’s TikTok amid swirling engagement rumors with Benny Blanco.
Earlier this week, the "Wolves" singer was spotted following CMG Weddings & Events, one of just 73 lucky accounts that made it onto her exclusive list. And with 58.2 million followers of her own, when Selena follows someone, people notice.
So, who is CMG? It's an LA-based company that knows how to roll out the red carpet for A-listers. They specialize in events in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Napa Valley, and even dreamy destination weddings. The company is so popular that it even handled "The Bachelor"’s Teddi Wright's wedding to Nicholas Meyers in Napa Valley last year.
Selena Gomez Fuels Engagement Rumors
The internet went wild the night Selena followed CMG Weddings & Events on TikTok—and she only fueled the fire with a cozy mirror selfie, snuggled up to Benny, who playfully hid his face behind a scarf.
Plus, earlier this month, she dropped a different mirror selfie that had fans doing a double-take. Rocking a stunning white dress with Benny casually strolling in the background, it was the pink heart emojis strategically placed where an engagement ring might go that really got everyone buzzing.
As for Benny and Selena? They’re keeping everyone guessing—neither confirming nor denying the engagement chatter.

Just days after the “Ice Cream” singer confirmed her romance with Benny, her cover story with Vogue México y Latinoaméricawas released.
In the interview, she shared that she values a “special connection” with a partner that “allows for self-respect and holds space for the feelings of others.”
“Honestly, I have to start being attracted to the right kind of people, because it’s a bit of both,” she said at the time. “It’s very hard to find someone who can listen to you and care about you, but I know when it happens it will be great and you will want it to be healthy.”

On August 19, Selena shared an emotional video, dressed in a white cropped shirt and nude trousers, saying, "I can't believe I got the movie! I'm so gonna cry right now, I don't want to cry," while she held her hands up to her face in shock and sitting on the sofa.
"I don't want to cry!" she said, as her friend Gabby, who was filming, told her to let it all out. "This is gonna be so cool, Gabby!" Selena added.
In the movie, Selena takes on the role of the wife of feared drug cartel leader Manitas (Karla Sofía Gascón), who turns to lawyer Rita (Zoe Saldaña) for help in secretly undergoing a sex change operation as he nears retirement from the cartel life.
According to Variety, the film is split into four acts and includes original songs performed by the cast throughout.
Selena Gomez Talks About Emilia Pérez Role
During a January appearance on the "Smartless" podcast, Selena discussed the role, calling it "one of the most challenging things" she's ever done.
She reflected on a particular scene, saying, “There’s this scene where I’m being left – I’m not giving anything away – and I remember I channeled the moment when I had to go to rehab for the first time and leaving ... I just felt like it was just getting that out when I remembered that first moment and being terrified so it felt really cathartic.”
“I feel like I have these moments in my life that have happened and I’m able to use that and it actually feels great, it feels like after a good cry or something, it’s a good feeling,” she continued.
"Emilia Pérez" will stream on Netflix on November 13.
