Prosecutors are working to bring everyone involved in Matthew Perry's death to justice, and the doctors just got their share!

The two doctors charged with supplying the late actor with drugs, which eventually led to his passing, have had their licenses to prescribe drugs of any kind stripped.

Dr. Salvador Plasencia and Dr. Mark Chavez worked alongside Matthew Perry's assistant, Kenneth Iwamasa, to supply him with unhealthy doses of Ketamine up until his death last year.

The United States Drug Enforcement Administration issued the order to yank off Plasencia and Chavez's registration to issue prescriptions last week after their arrest for Perry's death.

Chaves reportedly surrendered his registration as part of the requirements for his plea deal, where he admitted to being part of the conspiracy to distribute ketamine.

The medical practitioner, who is scheduled to be arraigned in court on August 30, could receive a 10-year federal prison sentence.

As for Plasencia, he got released on bond on Friday after he was accused of supplying Iwamasa with multiple dosages of ketamine and even showing him how to administer the drug.

The U.S. Attorney's Office disclosed that Plasencia contacted Chavez to get the drugs for Perry because Chavez previously ran a ketamine clinic.

Plasencia may end up with 120 years in federal prison if found guilty of his multiple charges, including seven counts of distribution of ketamine.

The authorities referred to a text message conversation between Plasencia and Chavez where the former wrote, "I wonder how much this moron will pay" and "Lets find out."

TMZ confirmed that the duo will still practice as doctors. However, the CA medical board has launched investigations to look into both physicians, and their decision to revoke or retain their license lies with the medical board.

The Blast earlier reported that the physician agreed with the authorities to plead guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute Ketamine. It was noted that the chain flowed from him to Plasencia to Perry and possibly to other individuals.

Chavez added that he got a huge supply of Ketamine from his former Ketamine clinic and a wholesale distributor who he made the purchases from under a fake identity.

The doctor also stated that he got another quantity by tendering a false prescription in the name of a former patient without their consent.

The medic, unlike his colleague, did not plead guilty to the broader charges, which pronounced him as the major distributor in the team of individuals that supplied ketamine to Perry.

Plasencia's charges included conspiracy to distribute ketamine and distribution of ketamine, resulting in death.

He also faced charges of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and altering and falsifying records related to a federal investigation. The physician is set to be tried in court in October but has been released on a $100,000 bond.

More investigations into the actor's death revealed that he consumed other drugs with his ketamine addiction, and they all led to his death. The Blast reported that the girl he patronized on popular hookup apps supplied him with these drugs.

Sources close to the actor shared that "he would meet girls on dating apps and have them come over. There was a slew of 21 to 25-year-olds that he would meet on Raya. They would bring drugs with them."

The ladies were reportedly not subjected to a thorough search before entering his home as the nurses and companions in a patient's home "do not have the same permissions as in an institution."

The actor, who would have been 55 today, ordered Iwamasa to “shoot him up with a big one” shortly before he left this world.

His assistant also administered ketamine three times before the last shot he requested, and The Blast shared that he has since struck a plea deal on his involvement in Perry’s death.

Iwamasa, who had worked with Perry since 1994, reportedly continued to inject the actor nearly 30 times in the days leading to his passing despite Plasencia’s reluctance to place him on a large dose.

The assistant lived with Perry in his Los Angeles home and could face 25 years behind fans following his agreement to cooperate with the prosecutors in the ongoing investigation.
