Jamie Lynn Spears' 'Worst' Throwback Is a Real Gas

The younger sister of Britney Spears has grown up in the spotlight just as much as the Princess of Pop herself. Starring as singer and actress through her childhood has forced Jamie Lynn Spears to experience many glamorous moments in front of the camera, however, its also showcased her in some of those not-so-great moments. Regardless, Jamie Lynn has learned to embrace some of her old moments with a sense of humor and a loving fondness for when she was in a more carefree state of mind.

29-year-old Jamie Lynn Spears took to Instagram late Friday evening with a series of gas station throwbacks (below) that showed the "Sweet Magnolias" star moseying around a service station in flip-flops, a t-shirt and baggy drawstring shorts.

"Just a regular RAG-MAG queen caught working that GAS STATION RUNWAY looking her absolute WORST back in 2008/2009ish," Jamie Lynn wrote to her 2.1 million followers.

Adding a facepalm emoji to her caption, the Nickelodeon star admitted, "what a time to be alive."

Jamie Lynn Spears is apparently a fan of the gas station photoshoot as the star regularly posts self-deprecating posts about her outfits while filling up in her hometown of Asheville, North Carolina.

Earlier this year, the star revealed another winning look as she pumped gas with no shoes, and no mask ... preventing the scowl on her face from being hidden at the time.

Bless her heart," Jamie Lynn captioned the shot.
