Disney Channel star Dove Cameron is talking about the importance of staying healthy and limber while suggesting shedding your clothes for a daily stretching routine. The star of the upcoming "Powerpuff Girls" live-action series took to Instagram this week with some health and wellness advice for her millions of fans.

Cameron has been open with fans about her fitness routines as she gears up to kick butt as a superhero and regularly showcases herself working up a sweat at the gym.

Dove Cameron revealed lots of skin to her over 40 million followers when she shared a series of steamy photos while stretching in the buff.

"Stretch naked !! after you drink your water !! in your little patch of sun !! even and especially if it’s little!" Cameron captioned her pics.

She added, "Memorize all of your beauty marks and textures !! kiss your toes for extra points ! self love/intimacy and physical affection from the self IS fucking key you guys , good luck, let me know how you do."

Racking up almost 1 million likes for her nude stretching advice, fans hopped into the comments to show appreciation for Dove Cameron and her naked ways.

"You being yourself , naked, listening to music or meditating, celebrating your body, enjoying your own company.the best thing in the world," one person wrote on Instagram.

"Your moles/freckles are like little galaxies that make up the constellations of you," another fan commented.

"You always know how to make my day," a third fan declared.

As we previously reported, Dove Cameron is elated to be involved in the upcoming "Powerpuff Girls" live-action series, playing Bubbles, and talked about turning the popular cartoon into a new version.

"There's a lot of confusion, but we're not playing 7-year-olds. It's not a cartoon. They are real people. This is very much real-life problems and girls with trauma [and] what happens if you grow up in the spotlight and you are international superheroes, but you're real people," the star told CW.
