In a video shared in early August, Jools shared how she goes to work - "very demure."
"I do my makeup. I lay my wig," she said in the viral video. "I do a little braid. I flat iron my hair."
The video, a fragrance collab, received tons of positive attention and the trend just took off from there. The next "demure" video was about being "mindful" of the gym and showed a before and after "demurity" for Jools.
"I'm very mindful on my weight loss journey," she said. "I'm not trying to push it down everyone's throats. I'm so demure that I don't even make comments on people's bodies. I'm very mindful of why I'm on the internet."
Many of Jools videos grab millions of people's attention, and many are now sharing their own versions of "demure."
