One TikTok creator stumbled upon a content goldmine with just one quick "mindful" video. The trend took off like wildfire with other content creators, brands, celebrities, and even the White House joining in on the "cutesy" fun.

Jools Lebron has more than 1.5 million followers, and it's safe to say many of them are now living a more "demure" and "mindful" existence.

It All Started With Being 'Demure' At Work

In a video shared in early August, Jools shared how she goes to work - "very demure."

"I do my makeup. I lay my wig," she said in the viral video. "I do a little braid. I flat iron my hair."

The video, a fragrance collab, received tons of positive attention and the trend just took off from there. The next "demure" video was about being "mindful" of the gym and showed a before and after "demurity" for Jools.

"I'm very mindful on my weight loss journey," she said. "I'm not trying to push it down everyone's throats. I'm so demure that I don't even make comments on people's bodies. I'm very mindful of why I'm on the internet."

Many of Jools videos grab millions of people's attention, and many are now sharing their own versions of "demure."

Everyone's Jumping On The 'Cutesy' Trend!

Being "demure" isn't just trending on TikTok. It's also taking over other social media platforms, brand videos, news segments, you name it!

Jennifer Lopez recently shared how she practices being "demure" on Instagram, with a video captioned, "Very demure…very mindful."

Lopez demonstrated how she drinks from the bottle in a "demure" way, and her fans were loving it.

"VERY CUTESY, VERY DEMURE," one follower wrote. Another added, "YESSS SO CUTESY."

Penn Badgley also jumped on the trend with a TikTok video about his "You" character, Joe Goldberg, wrapping the season in a "demure" way.

"'See how I lock up my lovers? Very demure, very CUTESY with it,'" one viewer wrote in the comment section. Another said, "Penn: very demure. Joe: not very demure not very mindful, kind of psycho."

Even The Younger Generation Is Becoming 'Mindful'

It's not only the adults wanting to be more "demure" and "cutesy" with life; it's also gaining popularity with the younger generation.

The children's television show "Bluey" recently shared a "demure" clip on their TikTok page captioned, "Very demure, very mindful, very FANCY ladies."

"Bluey is always vibes," one viewer wrote. Another tagged Jools to let her know she's made it to the cartoon world saying, "@Jools Lebron you’ve made it. Again."

The White House Also Jumped On The 'Demure' Trend

Even the White House jumped on the trend when announcing, "Cancelling the student debt of nearly 5 million Americans through various actions." They concluded the Instagram caption by writing, "Very mindful. Very demure."

While many followers commented about the actual reason for the post, some dropped in to point out the trend.

"He’s very cutesy with it. Very mindful. Very demure," one person wrote. Another added, "Thank you Mr. President! Very cutesy of you!"
