Randall Emmett Reveals Lala Kent Is 'So Happy' As A Mom

Randall Emmett and Lala Kent welcomed their first child together, daughter Ocean Kent Emmett, on March 15, and during an interview withPage Sixon March 22, the director and producer admitted that he Kent has had no trouble adjusting to her new life as a mommy.

“I have never seen Lala so happy and her heart so full of love than when I see her with her daughter,” Emmett told the outlet. 

“All I wanted was a healthy pregnancy for Ocean and Lala and I thank God for that blessing,” he added.

While Emmett was already a dad to two girls when he and Kent welcomed Ocean earlier this month, Ocean was the first child for the "Vanderpump Rules" cast member. 

In her own statement about motherhood, Kent told her Instagram fans and followers that her “life changed forever” when she gave birth to her baby girl.

“This little 5 lb 10 oz, sign of Pisces sent me into a world I can only explain as heavenly,” she wrote in a post that included an image of her child. 

“No one could have prepared me for this kind of love. Ocean, you are the greatest thing that has ever happened to me. I am so honored to be your mama- my heart could just burst,” she continued.

Emmett also spoke about his new daughter in a birthday post shared on Instagram on March 25. 

"Today is my birthday!! And I find every day it’s less about me. Today I am so grateful for our beautiful daughter that was born just 10’days ago," he wrote. 

Emmett also mentioned his two older daughters, London and Rylee, who he shares with ex-wife Ambyr Childers.

"Thank you London and Rylee my amazing daughters you are who teach me what life’s true meaning is. My perfect fiancé and partner in life Lala. I love you to the moon and back. I'm so thankful for making it through this last year in a worldwide pandemic and my heart cries for our friends family and people around the world who have lost loved ones to covid," he went on. 

According to Emmett, he was feeling extremely thankful on his birthday as he looked back on the many challenges faced by people around the world due to the coronavirus pandemic. 

"Life isn’t easy, if it was we couldn’t appreciate the beautiful moments like Ocean coming into this world. I know this might sound corny in my old age but I do hope we can be kinder to one another and support each other. Today my birthday wish has already been granted...a healthy new member to our family! I pray the world we live in works harder to be kinder to one another and show love to each other no matter the gender, race, background," he added.
