Blake Lively Receives Friendship Bracelet From A Fan

The "Gossip Girl" alum came under fire from fans after she appeared unappreciative of a person who gifted her a friendship bracelet.

A TikTok video making the rounds captured the scenes as the 36-year-old actress attended the "It Ends With Us" London premiere earlier this month.

In the clip, an individual gifts Lively a pink beaded bracelet, which she thanks them for before giving it to someone else.

"Thank you so much. That's so sweet. I'm going to put it here because it doesn't go with my outfit, but I will wear it later," Lively told the gift-giver.

Meanwhile, when her co-star Isabela Ferrer received her own friendship bracelet, she immediately tried it on.

"Thank you! Oh my God, I'm going to put it on," Ferrer told the fan.

Several fans didn't take Lively's actions lightly, with many of them proceeding to slam her for being "rude" and "dismissive" as they pointed out that the pink bracelet matched her pink earrings.

One person noted that "the contrast between" Lively and Ferrer "is amazing," referencing how they both reacted differently to the gift.

"The way it actually FITS her whole outfit, lmao," another viewer commented.

"It actually does go with her outfit, [though], hahaha," one user wrote, while another added, "Why, in 2024, are we just learning who she is?"

A fourth person noted, "Lively didn't have to be dismissive like that. I understand she may be scared of receiving something from a stranger but she could have at least held it just so the fan sees that she cherishes it."

Blake Lively Slammed For 'Mean Girl' Attitude In A Resurfaced Interview Clip

The "A Simple Favor" actress was labeled "rude" and came under fire for another "hard to watch" 2017 interview that resurfaced.

In the clip, she spoke to DP/30 about her 2017 movie, "All I See Is You," but when the reporter asked her if she felt "free to try everything," she appeared to roll her eyes.

"What does that mean?" she interrupted, laughing, before the journalist then recalled a previous topic they'd discussed, explaining, "In terms of trying [things]. You apparently are not gonna sing."

Lively replied, "I did sing in this movie. Did you see the movie? We're gonna give you a pop quiz at the end of this."

One fan said she was "terrorizing" the journalist, labeling her "rude," while another claimed she was "so ready to be triggered before they finish their interview question."

The "Savages" actress is embroiled in another controversy with reporter Kjersti Flaa, who interviewed her in 2016.

Flaa shared a clip of herself interviewing Lively and her "Café Society" co-star, Parker Posey, calling the conversation a "nightmare."

She referred to the sitdown as "the most uncomfortable … situation" she has ever experienced, adding that the actress made her "want to quit" her job.

The video saw Flaa congratulate Lively on her "little baby bump," as the actress was pregnant with her second child at the time.

Lively sarcastically replied, "Congrats on your little bump," forcing their conversation into an awkward state.

Posey then attempted to calm unsettled nerves when she showed off her backside "bump," which she and Lively laughed about.

Just then, Lively proceeded to subtly scold Flaa after she called the movie "visually amazing" and asked if the cast members enjoyed the fashion.

Seemingly replying to her but not looking at her, Lively told Posey, "Everyone wants to talk about the clothes, but I wonder if they would ask the men about the clothes."

Flaa insisted she "would," but Lively and Posey just went on to talk about their male co-stars' outfits.

Lively concluded, "It's not just the women that have the clothes, but I feel like the women get the conversation."

The recent spike in discourse surrounding Lively comes amid drama involving her and her "It Ends With Us" co-star, Justin Baldoni.

Since the release of the film, the actors have not been seen promoting the movie together, despite being the lead stars.

According to Page Six, insiders claimed that Baldoni made the actress feel "uncomfortable" and created an "extremely difficult" environment for the entire cast.

However, sources close to Baldoni have slammed this claim, saying that the actor would never intentionally make anyone uncomfortable.

The Hollywood Reporter has since shared that the feud between the co-stars is due to creative differences on the set of "It Ends With Us."

This report matches claims that Baldoni, who also served as the director of the film, felt pushed aside when Lively's husband, Ryan Reynolds, stepped in to re-write certain scenes in the movie.

Since noticing the issues between Lively and Baldoni, fans have been divided, with many accusing the actress of ignoring the domestic violence subject of the film during her press tour and instead using it as an avenue to promote her new beauty brand.

Neither Lively nor Baldoni has issued a statement regarding the controversy. However, it's been revealed that Baldoni has hired a crisis PR manager.
