Alicia Vikander had fans shocked at how much body-shaming she was subject to after Ibiza, Spain photos of her went viral ahead of the global pandemic. In May 2019, the Tomb Raider actress stunned in a chic black bikini aboard a yacht, showing off her impossibly toned frame while on vacation.

All muscle, but also showing her curves, the Swedish sensation sizzled in a skimpy two-piece with a halterneck bandeau top, one perfectly flattering her gym-honed silhouette, but seemingly sparking a wave of shaming remarks. The trolling got so bad that one fan said that "now" they "understand" why women feel so "self-conscious."

Drawing the eye from her toned legs to her tiny waist, the 35-year-old rocked itty-bitty, low-rise briefs, ones flashing her washboard abs and teamed with a feminine matching top.

Rocking shades, drop earrings, and a glowing tan, Alicia held her phone in some images, with others showing her dancing around a little as her yacht day turned into a bit of a boat party. The actress also went makeup-free, sporting her dark locks tied back in a low ponytail.

Comments came in fast. Users, clearly in the mood to body-shame Alicia Vikander, called her figure "boyish," with some saying that she has "no waist." When a fan said: "Wrong bikini choice for her shape," over 200 others agreed. Another, meanwhile, said that the bikini wasn't doing Alicia's figure any "favors."

Amid more spiteful remarks calling Alicia Vikander a "rectangle "and even likening her to a "12-year-old" boy, some attempted to bring some reason to the comments. "I'm glad she has a natural body and hasn't botched it with surgery she's beautiful," one fan stated.

Over 1,300 fans have now upvoted the most popular reply, one coming from a fan who just wasn't going to tolerate the mass shaming. "Now I understand why some women are so self-conscious about their bodies... Just take a look at all of these judgmental body-shaming comments... She looks amazing, natural and honestly looks really happy too!" they wrote.
