Kim Kardashian Shows Demi Lovato Selfie Love After Supporting Her At Doc Premiere

Sometimes Demi Lovato just needs a little love from her friends... and she got it from pal Kim Kardashian!

The "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star shared a lovely selfie and some snaps from the premiere of Demi's documentary, "Demi Lovato: Dancing With The Devil," on Monday, March 22. Kim attended the event and captured the Grammy-nominated singer belting out her single "Anyone," ahead of the YouTube Original's premiere.

Kim shared the powerful performance via her Instagram stories and referred to Lovato as "My baby." It was clear that [Kardashian[(https://hollywoodlife.com/2021/03/23/kim-kardashian-demi-lovato-reunite-documentary-premiere-pic/) was beaming with pride over her longtime friend. Later in the evening, Demi joined Kim and some friends in the VIP area, where everyone was wearing their most stylish facemasks. Kim opted for a brown sweater while Demi went with a pink polka-dot suit and big hoop earrings. Kim called Demi a "pretty girl" and touted how the documentary is a "must-see!"

Lovato reposted the photo to her IG story and wrote, “I love you sm thank you for coming.”

Although some fans may be shocked by the two star's friendship, they actually have been close for many years. In fact, Demi praised Kim for helping her feel comfortable in her own skin way back in 2016. "When the Kardashians came on the scene, that was the first time that I really associated curves with beauty, and it was just so new to me,” she told Ellen DeGeneres, according to Elle. "I remember thinking, ‘Wow, that’s so cool,’ and even in a time while I was still struggling with food, I was able to look at Kim’s curves and be like, ‘I should really be proud of my curves.'”

Demi also went a long way in Kim's eyes when she slammed Taylor Swift smack dab in the middle of Swift's feud with Kim and Kanye West. By slammed we mean that she liked a tweet that said, “I LOVE KIM KARDASHIAN??????,” but hey, that's enough to be considered a slamming in today's internet culture. Anyways, it is nice to see Kim return the favor... her attendance definitely got more eyes on Demi's new doc!
