Disney Star Skai Jackson Arrested For Allegedly Beating Her Boyfriend In Public, Says She's Pregnant

Skai Jackson was recently arrested for domestic violence against her boyfriend after they were spotted fighting physically at the Universal CityWalk.

Jackson and her beau denied their fight and claimed to police that they were engaged and expecting a baby.

Skai Jackson has hidden her relationship, so it's unclear who her boyfriend is. The actress has previously dated Julez Smith, but the two had a messy breakup that spilled onto social media.

Jackson has joined the group of former Disney Channel stars who have been arrested.

According to TMZ, the actress was taken into custody last week for domestic violence after a physical altercation with her boyfriend.

The news outlet reports that deputies were called to the Universal CityWalk after security spotted Jackson and her boyfriend fighting.

The security was forced to separate the couple, as the actress had allegedly "pushed" her partner multiple times.

Jackson is well known for her roles in the Disney shows, "Jessie" and "Bunk'd."

Jackson and her boyfriend reportedly denied that they had a physical fight. The couple told police they were engaged, happy together, and even expecting a baby.

However, the police reviewed the video footage and saw Jackson shoving her boyfriend at the Universal CityWalk.

Jackson was then arrested and cited for misdemeanor domestic battery and then released a few hours later.

The L.A. County District Attorney's Office will review the case against the actress to determine whether charges are warranted.

On social media, netizens were left stunned when news of Jackson's arrest made headlines. For some, the fact that she was arrested was shocking, but many were particularly taken aback by her alleged claim that she was pregnant and engaged.

One person wrote on X, "Just woke up and see SkaiJackson was arrested, plus she's pregnant and engaged??? See what happens when Jessie stops babysitting these children. It's a mess."

Another said, "Not only did SkaiJackson get arrested for domestic violence, but she's engaged and pregnant."

Jackson has yet to address the arrest incident.

Jackson's boyfriend's identity remains unknown as she's kept her relationship extremely private. Fans and the media know very little about him, as the "Sheroes" actress does not feature him in any of her social media posts.

The former Disney child star has been secretive about most of her relationships, like her alleged romance with Solange Knowles' son, Julez Smith.

Their breakup only became public news after screenshots of Smith's conversations about her with his friends were posted on social media.

In the chats, Smith claimed that they had dated, but he ended it after finding out that she cheated. This was what pushed him into taking revenge, which many suspect was a reference to the explicit sexual video of Jackson that went viral online. He allegedly wrote at the time, "I made sure to ruin her life."

Jackson previously got into a nasty online feud with rapper Bhad Bhabie. She was then forced to file a restraining order after Bhabie, whose real name is Danielle Bregoli, made threats against her life in 2020.

The actress claimed she was afraid to leave her home alone due to the direct threats and was unable to sleep well because Bhabie was "mentally unstable."

In the court documents obtained by E! News, Jackson said that "the harassment has caused me to be fearful of leaving my house by myself, and lack of sleep."

She also noted that she "was afraid that the violence and harassment would reoccur when I gave notice."

She added text messages between them in the filing, in which Bhabie allegedly said she would fight Jackson and advised her to "better hide."

At the time, Bhad Bhabie responded to news of the restraining, writing, "You can try to hate me for responding to bullsh-t with more bullsh-t but that's just who I am and I don't apologize for none of it."
