Trump's interview on X Spaces had an awkward moment where he commented on Harris' Time Magazine cover photo.

The former president told his host, Elon Musk, and listeners that Harris bore a resemblance to his wife, Melania.

"She looked very much like our great first lady, Melania," Trump told Musk, per Daily Mail, referencing the illustration of Harris that was used on the cover of the magazine.

Though it was unclear which of Harris' features Trump thought resembled Melania, the comparison likely surprised everyone.

Trump also commented that the cover image portrayed Harris—whose first name, "Kamala," he appeared to mispronounce as "Camilla"—as "the most beautiful actress ever to live."

He went on to suggest that the media was giving Harris a "free ride," implying that they favored her more.

"She's going to be worse than him,  he said,  adding that all efforts must be put into place to prevent anything happening under "stupid people like Biden."

He pointed out that Harris had allegedly wreaked havoc when she occupied other top posts in the past, including her role as a then-attorney general.

Trump said, "She is a San Francisco liberal who destroyed San Francisco, and then as attorney-general, she destroyed California."

In addition to criticizing Harris's past performance, Trump suggested that the Democratic presidential candidate might not be tough enough to stand her ground against other world leaders.

Still, in the interview, Trump expressed frustration with the country's immigration issues, criticizing decision-makers for focusing on him instead of addressing these problems.

"We're already overwhelmed. Elon, we're overwhelmed," Trump remarked. "You had to see the news tonight about New York — New York, and I love that place, and what they're doing to it is horrible. What they're doing to it, and all the courts do is they try and focus on Trump."

In response, Musk stated that most immigrants are "actually good, hardworking people." Trump seemingly countered by arguing that many "nonproductive" individuals are flooding the country.

He added, "These are rough people. These are people we don't want in our country."
