Johnny Knoxville is officially a single man following the finalization of his divorce from Naomi Nelson.

The "Jackass" star and his estranged wife have hashed out a settlement plan detailing their agreement about property distribution and child custody rights. The resolution comes two years after their divorce filing.

Johnny Knoxville and Naomi Nelson were married for 12 years before the TV personality filed to end their union in June 2022.

Knoxville and Nelson entered a written agreement about their property and marriage or domestic partnership rights. Their settlement also included the terms of their child custody and support rights.

Although the details of their plans haven't been made public, the pair seemed to have reached the best decision for their two children, Rocko and Arlo, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.

Knoxville and Nelson previously made waves for fighting over their kids. When Knoxville filed for divorce in 2022, he claimed he and Nelson had been separated since September 2021 and asked for joint legal and physical custody of the kids.

However, The Blast reported that his estranged wife fired back with a primary custody move.

In 2022, Nelson asked for primary physical custody of their children and joint legal custody, with Knoxville having visitation rights. This meant the kids would live with their mom, but the former couple would jointly make decisions about their education and lives.

Nelson also requested child and spousal support while seeking the termination of Knoxville's rights to alimony. The exes dated for a few years before announcing they were expecting their first child in August 2009.

They tied the knot on September 24, 2010, and seemingly had a great relationship, with Knoxville celebrating Nelson's birthday a month before their separation. In August 2021, the then-doting husband penned:

Three months before his divorce settlement made waves, The Blast reported that Knoxville was named in a $3 million lawsuit for attacking a former employee with a "dangerous weapon."

The plaintiff, Daniel Curry, noted he was employed as a segment producer and creative consultant for ABC's reality TV program "The Prank Panel," where he allegedly had an unfortunate encounter with Knoxville.

Less than a week into the job, the alleged victim claimed Knoxville, without provocation, chased him with a taser. Fearing for his safety, Curry bolted but couldn't escape before the weapon sent jolts of pain through his body.

According to Curry, Knoxville tased his side while they ran at top speed, resulting in his "body freezing, losing all motor skills, and collapsing with his entire body in a rigid and tense state."

The impact of the fall allegedly caused severe injuries, with the lawsuit claiming, "This unprovoked action by JOHNNY KNOXVILLE caused a break in the PLAINTIFF's fibula as well as a torn ankle ligament, both injuries occurring on his left leg."

These injuries left Curry with ten and a half months of painful recovery, where he was bound to crutches, a leg scooter, and a boot for two and a half months.

He also spent two extra months in an ankle brace and six months of physical therapy, where, amongst other things, Curry allegedly had to relearn how to walk.

Johnny Knoxville Accused Of Blackballing The Plaintiff

Besides Knoxville, "The Prank Panel" production houses were named defendants for allegedly covering up the incident behind the scenes. Curry claimed they teamed up to sabotage his career and reputation.

The defendants allegedly implemented a "blame the victim" strategy after he hired an attorney, subjecting him to a "passive-aggressive treatment" and blackballing him from the industry.

For his physical and emotional turmoil, Curry asked for $3 million — $950,000 in compensatory and general damages, $300,000 in special and incidental damages, and $1,750,000 to cover his past and future loss of earnings.

Now that he has successfully settled his ties to Naomi Nelson, will Johnny Knoxville focus on fighting the $3 million lawsuit?
