'She's All That' star Rachael Leigh Cook and ex-husband, Daniel Gillies, have settled their divorce and agreed to share joint custody of their two children.

According to new legal documents, obtained by The Blast, the famous couple worked with a private mediator and settled their ongoing divorce -- including custody, and all financial issues.

The legal filing includes details of the ex-couple's joint custody agreement, along with an interesting clause which forces each party to reveal any sexual partner to each other if they wish to introduce them to the children.

"The parties shall have joint legal custody of their minor children, The parties shall share joint physical custody of their minor children," the documents state.

In the documents, the couple agreed to pay ZERO child support to one another -- and are paying zero spousal support too. They have agreed to share a bank account, which each of them will fill evenly if it gets below a certain amount.

Interestingly, the former couple is also sharing custody of their four pets, and leaving the court with jurisdiction, in case they can't agree. The couple with "agree upon the schedule and payment of expenses for their two (2) dogs and two (2) cats. The Court shall retain jurisdiction in the event of a dispute," the settlement states.

In an interesting clause, the couple agreed that "Prior to introducing any romantic partner (a person either party is dating, having a sexual relationship with, or a non-platonic relationship with) to the children, that party shall advise the other party of their intention, the name of the person, and when that party intends to introduce the children to their romantic partner."

Also, the two stars agree not to speak poorly about each other, saying, "Neither party shall make or allow others to make negative comments about the other parent or the other parent's past or present relationships, family, or friends within hearing distance of the children."

In the settlement, Daniel will keep his 2019 BMW, and Cook will exit the marriage with her 2020 Audi Q5 -- and each will keep their own airline miles.

As for their property, Cook will keep her property in Redondo Beach CA, and the ex-couple has agreed to sell their joint property in Studio City. According to Variety, the former couple put the house on the market for $4.785 million -- and it includes four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The property also featured a guest house.

As we reported, the couple filed for divorce just ahead of their 15-year wedding anniversary. They share two children, daughter Charlotte, 6, and son Theodore, 5.
