According to the Daily Mail, details about the "Sexyback" singer's June arrest for driving while intoxicated have surfaced, showing how he failed multiple sobriety tests and had on himself other personal belongings.

Timberlake was pulled over in Sag Harbor Village just after midnight when he allegedly ran a stop sign and swerved off his lane in the BMW X7 he was driving.

A handwritten police document by the 24-year-old rookie officer, Michael Arkinson, revealed that he was "unable to follow police instructions correctly" and refused to undergo a chemical test three times to ascertain his state.

The reports claimed Timberlake was alone in the car and was observed to have "[b]loodshot and glassy eyes, odor of alcoholic beverage emanating from breath, inability to divide attention, unsteady afoot..."

Arkinson noted that the singer was "unable to focus on speaking while looking for vehicle registration" and agreed to have had a drink that night, quoting him as saying, "I had one martini, and I followed my friends home."

According to the news outlet, Timberlake was made to perform a walk-and-turn test. This test requires a person to take nine steps in a straight line, each time placing his heel directly in front of his toe, then turning and repeating the process.

However, Timberlake failed the test, with Arkinson saying he was "very unbalanced" and "unable to follow instructions correctly."

During his arrest, the officer also asked the "Bye Bye Bye" singer to take a breathalyzer test, which Timberlake refused.

He then arrested the Grammy winner and took him to the station, where he asked that Timberlake take a breathalyzer test again. However, Timberlake refused, and the officer noted that he said, "No, I'm not doing a chemical test."

Before the DWI arrest incident, sources claimed that Timberlake visited The American Hotel with a group of friends for a night of fun.

"Justin was with his friends and really enjoying himself. He seemed a little tipsy and drunk, but not in a belligerent way. When he left and got in his car, he revved his engine a few times," an insider told Entertainment Tonight.

Insiders also mentioned that after the arrest, his friends tried to get the officers to cut the singer slack and not put him in handcuffs, but their plea fell on deaf ears.

According to the New York Post, the police officer who eventually arrested Timberlake had warned him not to drive, but the singer brushed the warnings aside.

Timberlake appeared for a virtual court hearing last Friday from Antwerp, Belgium, where he performed over the weekend for his Forget Tomorrow World Tour.

In the hearing, he pleaded not guilty to the charges. Yet, Judge Carl Irace suspended his driving privileges in New York for nearly two months,  citing his refusal to take a breathalyzer test during his arrest.

His attorney also withdrew his original motion to dismiss the case, and Judge Irace admonished him over comments made in a previous court hearing.

Burke had claimed outside of court that his Timberlake was "not intoxicated," a remark that the judge deemed "irresponsible."

Judge Irace said Timberlake's lawyer, Burke's comments outside of court "come off as an attempt to poison the case before it even begins."

During the hearing, she also noted that she may be forced to restrict the attorney with a gag order if he continues to make such comments.

It is not known if Timberlake will face heavier sanctions, however, the singer has been re-arraigned for another hearing on Friday, August 9, although he's not expected to attend.
