Monique Samuels appeared on the March 17 episode of "#NoFilter With Zack Peter" podcast, where she addressed the highly talked about bachelorette party thrown for Cynthia Bailey on a recent episode of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta."
After a number of the ladies of the Bravo reality series were accused of going all the way with the stripper, Bolo, including Porsha Williams, the former "Real Housewives of Potomac" cast member shared her thoughts on Williams' behavior, stating that her fellow "Real Housewife" is a "grown-behind woman."
Porsha Williams Was Single At The Time Of The Bachelorette Party
Samuels went on to point out that Williams was allowed to do anything she wanted at Bailey's bash because she was single at the time it took place.
"She was single at the time. IF she had done it, she would admit it! There would be no reason for her to lie. She has nothing to prove to anybody," Samuels stated.
"And another thing I know about Porsha is she can handle the heat. So, uh, people can say whatever they want, she knows her truth and you know, that’s my girl," she continued.
Kenya Moore Accused Porsha Williams Of Sleeping With The Stripper
According to Samuels, she has Williams back against any swirling rumors regarding what she did or didn't do at the wild event.
"I will always 100% have her back. I’m here for her. If she wanted to do whatever she wanted to do, look, she’s grown, she can do it. If she says she didn’t do it, she didn’t do it," Williams stated.
Following the party, Kenya Moore launched an investigation into who it was, if anyone, that slept with the stripper as the other women stayed silent.
Monique Samuels Believes Bravo Tried To Make Porsha Williams Look Bad
Also during the interview, Samuels suggested that Bravo actually made Williams look bad with their editing of the episode in question.
“When you’re watching these shows — and I think that’s probably why I look at [the Bolo and Porsha rumors] because I know what happens behind the scenes. I know what [producers] will go through in order to make a story look like something more. You know, uhm, so I don’t fall for it anymore. It kind of makes it a little hard to watch reality TV, having been on reality TV, because I can already see that parts, where I’m like, ‘Oh yeah, a producer probably asked her to, you know, prompted that question.’ Or, you know, they probably left out a whole hour and changed the time-stamp," she stated.
Monique Samuels Doesn't Believe Everything She Sees
"And you know, there’s so much that can happen. You know, Bolo driving away, and it says whatever time-stamp, it could’ve been a random car pulling off and they’re making it look like it was him. Like, there’s so much trickery, I just can’t fall for it!” Samuels added.
Samuels confirmed her exit from the "RHOP" cast after the season five reunion last year.
To see more of Williams and her cast mates, don't miss new episodes of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" season 13 on Sunday nights at 8/7c on Bravo.
