Jenna Ortega pulled off the deconstructed look perfectly as she attended the Scream VI premiere last year, but a tiny detail mounted to a wardrobe malfunction as she posed for red carpet photos. Showing off her enviable figure in a stylish shirt dress, Jenna flashed her cleavage and toned legs in her monochrome look, one slightly ruined by what appeared to be an ink stain. Channeling the edgy style adored by singer Rihanna, Jenna wore a low-cut white shirt dress feeding into an off-the-shoulder blazer in black, but with that stain, there was also some blue thrown into the mix. With white cuffs matching the braless minidress and black satin lapels upping the glam, Jenna was definitely going down the fashion statement route, with her glam red lipstick adding even more pop. Sporting her locks down and parted down the middle, Jenna looked impeccable, but The Daily Mail couldn't miss mentioning the blue stain seen around the top of her dress. When fans reacted, they seemed more interested in giving opinions on the style and less fussed about the stain.
