Josh has reportedly vacated the couple's Newport Beach home, marking a significant step in their separation. The move comes amid a flurry of public accusations and counterclaims between the two, with Christina recently expressing feelings of unrest and longing for peace.

Christina's estranged husband is officially out of the family home. The move comes less than three weeks after Josh filed for divorce from the HGTV star.

He was spotted taking out his belongings from the mansion, including a collection of vintage cars. The former couple purchased the luxurious property in May 2022, just seven months after their secret October 2021 wedding. 

Despite the ongoing turmoil, Christina's real estate portfolio remains impressive. According to PEOPLE, before sharing the Newport Beach home with her estranged husband, the TV personality owned a $11.5 million Dana Point estate, which she later sold.

She also owns properties in Tennessee, where she films her spinoff series "Christina in the Country," as well as multiple homes in Southern California.

Amidst Christina's public reflections on her emotional journey during their divorce, Josh finally broke his silence. Over the weekend, the real estate professional took to Instagram to clarify that he did not make the decision to end the marriage.

In the post, which included a selfie with his dog Stella, Josh expressed a strong preference for privacy during this tumultuous time, emphasizing that he will not engage in public mudslinging.

Josh underlined that the details of their breakup would be managed through their legal representatives before concluding with, "Those who know each of us, know who we are."

The news of Josh moving out of the Newport Beach home he shared with Christina brings context to her recent reflections on finding peace. 

Hours before the former police officer was seen packing up his belongings, The Blast noted that Christina took to Instagram to share her emotional journey amidst their ongoing divorce.

The reality TV star posted a serene photo from a brief escape to South Carolina. The image featured a softly illuminated, golden-toned room, where Christina, with her long blonde hair elegantly styled, wore a simple black top and understated gold chokers. 

The mother-of-three expressed her gratitude for the experience in her caption, writing, "South Carolina was good to me." 

She acknowledged the peace she felt, adding, "The pure peace I felt there was something I haven't felt in a long time. It reminded me I am capable of feeling this daily when no one is fing with me and my life." [sic]

Before the recent social media exchanges and public statements, Josh was reportedly reeling from the shock of his divorce from Christina. The Blast noted that sources close to the reality TV star revealed that he felt blindsided by the sudden end of their marriage.
