'RHOD' Star Stephanie Hollman Struggled To Get To Know Dr. Tiffany Moon

Stephanie Hollman didn't hit it off with Dr. Tiffany Moon at the start of production on "The Real Housewives of Dallas" season five in 2020, and for good reason. 

During an interview on Access Hollywood's "Housewives Nightcap" last week, following the latest episode of season five, Hollman explained why it was difficult for the anesthesiologist to get to know the existing cast members of the show after she was added to the group last year.

“You know, it was hard for her,” Hollman admitted, via a report from Monsters and Critics on March 10.

“We’ve had new people come in before, but they’re very [immersed] with the group. But Tiffany, she never filmed individual scenes with everyone,” Hollman explained. 

As fans of "The Real Housewives of Dallas" may know, Dr. Moon came to the Bravo reality show as a friend of D'Andra Simmons. So, when it came to the returning cast member, the two of them had a close-knit relationship way before cameras started rolling.

Unfortunately, the same couldn't be said for the rest of the women.

“We only saw her in group scenes — which it is impossible to get to know someone in a group setting. So every time we saw her, it was with a whole group of people,” Hollman continued.

While Dr. Moon was certainly a part of plenty of fun moments with her cast mates, the women weren't able to get to know her in a deep manner due to the lack of one-on-one time.

Hollman also said that when it comes to group scenes, there's often too much drama involved to establish a real friendship with anyone.

“Group scenes are 100 percent my least favorite to do cause in a group scene, there’s always drama. You know, it’s expected of you, and you just don’t have those one-on-one moments to really solidify a relationship,” Hollman noted.

While Hollman said that she wouldn't speak on behalf of the rest of the cast, she said that when it came to her experience with Dr. Moon, she had a hard time getting to know who she was" as they enjoyed large, COVID-safe gatherings.

While Hollman struggled at first to get to know Dr. Moon, she told Access Hollywood that things between them got better as the season went on.

“Cause it was the first time I was able to have one-on-one scenes with her, which I never really did before then,” she shared.
