According to the Daily Mail, Affleck was also without his wedding ring, a detail that has been observed multiple times in the weeks since rumors about the breakdown of his marriage to Lopez began circulating.

Affleck has recently found a permanent residence as he and Lopez continue living apart amid their marital troubles.

According to TMZ, the actor "closed escrow" on a mansion in Pacific Palisades, Los Angeles, for a whopping $20.5 million.

The mansion reportedly has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, breakfast and dining spaces, and a separate family room. It also has a den, walk-in closets, a movie room, a powder room, a guest house, and more.

Despite persistent rumors about Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck's marriage being over, the couple has remained silent in the media.

However, it seems only a matter of time before the truth comes out. The pair haven't been seen together in public for several months, and they spent their second wedding anniversary in July apart rather than together like most couples.

When they are seen alone in public, Affleck usually goes without his wedding band, and Lopez recently followed suit after being spotted without the piece of jewelry earlier in the week.

Even more telling is that their $68 million marital home in Beverly Hills has been up for sale for a while, and Affleck, who moved out a few months ago, bought a $20.5 million "bachelor pad" in Los Angeles.

"Ben just wants to get away from it all and enjoy himself again, and he wants to take his close friends with him," a close source told the publication.

The source added, "He's talking about arranging a big blowout at his place in Georgia, which is pretty ironic since that's where he and J. Lo had their big wedding."

The insider also claimed that the party might be held in Las Vegas, where the couple got married, adding that such a celebration would deeply hurt Lopez.

They said, "No matter where he chooses to have this party, even if it's somewhere that has no connection to his marriage, like Mexico, it's going to be hurtful for J. Lo because this will be seen as him essentially celebrating escaping their relationship."
