Kate Upton In String Bikini Shows Curves 'Defying Gravity'

Kate Upton turned heads as Elle dropped an unusual photo of her on X back in 2014. Sizzling in a tiny swimsuit and appearing to be inside a space shuttle, the model wowed in her fun shoot, one highlighting her killer curves and seemingly getting Elle to discuss them. Giving a nod to the 31-year-old's famous cleavage, the magazine said that Kate's assets are "literally defying gravity," although chances are, a little support from the fabrics had something to do with it. Linking fans to an article, Elle covered yet another Sports Illustrated Swim shoot from Kate, who made her debut with the iconic magazine in 2011.

Scroll for the photo. Appearing to float as the shoot's set recreated an astronaut situation, Kate flashed her world-famous figure in a micro two-piece with a flattering halter neckline. Going barely there in her teeny gold bikini, the bombshell highlighted her curvy rear as she folded up her legs while appearing to be floating. Turning her head toward the camera as she smiled, Kate hid her assets due to her positioning, but fans had likely seen enough of her bikini-clad photos to get the idea.

Sporting her light locks down, Kate wore dark eyeliner bringing out her baby blue eyes, also wearing matte foundation. "Kate Upton's [assets] are literally defying gravity in an epic @SI_Swimsuit spread," Elle wrote. 

SI Swim was never a one-off for Kate, who returned to the magazine multiple times following her rookie debut. Most recently, it's been 2024 vibes as the mom of one continues to celebrate her May cover. Earlier this year, SI Swim gathered up as many of its legendary bombshells as possible for a landmark birthday edition, one celebrating its 60th anniversary.

Looking fierce as she displayed her gym-honed abs and eye-popping cleavage, Kate wowed for her SI Swim cover while modeling a pink and red bikini. Going fun with striped bottoms and a frilly finish to her busty top, the Canada Goose ambassador reminded fans that she's still got it, and her 6.6 million IG fans were more than grateful for the share. Kate Upton didn't have long to prepare for the shoot, and trainer Ben Bruno has since revealed what she went through to whip herself into magazine shape.

Praising his famous client, Bruno wrote:

“Training-wise, she pushes herself very hard, but she’s also great about listening to her body and not overdoing it. She likes to lift heavy weights (hates anything over 6 reps haha) and that’s what we do most of the time, but we also do some cardio 2-3 times a week."
