Gymnast Nastia Liukin Rides Hard With Thursday Thigh Gap

Olympic gymnast Nastia Liukin is all thigh gap in skimpy spandex to ride it out and save you over $400. The 31-year-old former athlete was #influencer for her 1 million Instagram followers last night, posting a quick, 20-minute workout session from her Dallas, TX home, and showing that Olympian bodies can be achieved without a lifetime on the beam. Nastia, who was in promo mode for Myx Fitness, was getting "in a quick workout," and it came with a massive thigh gap show-off. Check it out below.

Nastia, who was just 22 when she retired back in 2012, hasn't stopped finding diverse ways to keep in Gold Medal shape – while 2020 brought a boxing session and Nastia's mean upper-cut, last night was more conventional. Liukin, in aqua blue leggings and a matching sports bra, kicked off with a jaw-dropping home selfie as she showcased her shredded abs and killer thigh gap, quickly re-appearing in selfie mode to walk her followers through the merch being promoted.

Admitting she really isn't "a big cardio fan," Nastia nonetheless appeared massively pumped for a workout that was totally cardio. The 2008 all-around champion, all choppy, beachy-wave hair and smiles, said she felt it was "the perfect way to get something in super-quick." Nastia, who flaunted her killer figure throughout the walk-through, then offered fans a massive saving with a code. Savings of "$425 total off your order (their best deal)," the gymnast wrote.

Nastia's influencer game has been big-time upped this year, with the five-time Olympic medalist not only fronting Facebook App, but landing herself a sweet deal representing homeware retailer Pottery Barn. The gymnast's entire home has been kitted out by the popular brand, from its muted accent living room and neat kitchen, to the all-white bedroom Liukin regularly updates from.

Liukin, who also extended both legs to "bring bubble baths back in 2020" for Olay skincare last year, has spoken out about the business side of things. The Nastia Cup founder told Forbes:

“At the beginning of this whole influencer world, I felt that people were almost ashamed to be considered one. I respect all of the influencers because they're creating their own businesses themselves, with their own hands. And they're extremely hardworking."
