He smokes weed every day, and now you can too, Snoop-style! The global icon recently entered a new chapter with another side quest - opening his first licensed cannabis store in Los Angeles.

S.W.E.D., which stands for Snoop's well-known phrase, "Smoke Weed Every Day," opened just a few days before Snoop headed to Paris for his Olympic adventure. The store, located near LAX Airport, is positioned as a new cultural hub offering top-tier premium products and services, as well as celebrating Snoop's most memorable moments in music and beyond.

The Blast attended the opening of the new store and got the chance to chat with his dad, Vernell Varnado, also known as Pop Snoop.

Pop Snoop told The Blast that he really likes the new store.

"I like the setup, I like the booth, and I like the old-school stuff," he said. "This store has a different vibe, but the good part about is it's in the hood. That's what I like about it."

He also shared that he told his famous son when he was younger to be better than him and above it all, and it appears that Snoop took that advice and ran with it.

"People give him a bad rap, but he always seems to just keep moving," Pop Snoop said. "As a father, I respect him more because he always gives back."
