“When people come to Wreck Room they will be in for a very unique experience," Corey Holtam, general manager, told The Blast exclusively. "First, they will be suited up in a full suit of safety gear, given weapons, and a short safety briefing. Then they will be dropped off in a room full of breakables with 30 minutes to destroy everything."

And if you have some things at home that you really want to take that anger out on, bring it in with you!

“We do allow people to bring in their own things to smash but it's not necessary," Holtam said. "We have all the breakables people will need for an epic experience.”

Wreck Room sees customers visiting for a number of reasons, so it’s not just for that bottled-up temper or frustration. 

“What I want people to know about Wreck Room is that we see people for all kinds of reasons. We see a lot of people celebrating birthdays and anniversaries and looking for fun date night activities but we also see a lot of people that are seeking stress relief,” Holtam said.

“We see people who are grieving a loved one or dealing with a breakup. It's a good mix of people here for fun and people here to smash away some stress.”

And anyone from age 12 (with a parent or guardian with them) can enjoy the fun of smashing and breaking things. 

Before you get to the smashing, you’re suited up in a full set of safety gear from head to toe. Safety first!

After you’re suited up and all ready to rage, you go to a camera-monitored “Wreck Room” and that’s when your smashing-good time truly begins.

Wreck Room supplies everything you’ll need to get the anger out - all your weapons of destruction and things to destroy. From bottles to television sets to ceramics will be waiting to be smashed by bats and crowbars. Once your fury is all out, Wreck Room takes care of all the cleanup.

Whether you need just a few items to smash during your 30 minutes of destruction therapy or more, there are two packages to choose from.

The Rage Room Wrecking Package includes 15 small items (such as beer bottles, computer mice, etc), five medium items (such as keyboards and liquor bottles), and one large item (such as a printer or computer tower).

Have more rage and need to smash more items?  The XL Rage Room Wrecking Package offers more to destroy - 25 small items, 10 medium, and two large.
