Christina Haack Slams Estranged Husband's 'Blindsided' Claims

Christina Hall (née Haack) is addressing her estranged husband's recent claims of being blindsided by their divorce. 

Delivering a clear rebuttal via her Instagram stories, the reality TV star questioned the authenticity of his claims and highlighted inconsistencies in the reported narrative.

Christina Haack recently broke her silence on the divorce but had to do an immediate follow-up as Josh Hall's statements are stirring additional media attention.

On Friday, the HGTV star shared a part of an article where Josh asserted that he was "blindsided and heartbroken" by their split. Underneath the short passage, Christina disputed the claims by questioning the accuracy of his portrayal.

The mother-of-three highlighted a specific claim from the article suggesting she had cut off communication. It read: "'Our sources say she stopped speaking to him after a disagreement and would only speak to him through an attorney.'"

Countering it with her own experience, Christina remarked, "Huh…. I didn't block him- and I didn't see any missed calls or texts the next day. Which happened to be my birthday."

She also pointed out that she received no birthday gestures from Josh, which she described as "strange." The TV personality concluded with a touch of sarcasm, expressing her willingness to continue the back and forth. In her words:

"Hmm ... something's not adding up here. But I'm down to keep playing "Christina Vs. The Victim" as I love this game." 

Christina's response shed light on the many narratives, adding another layer to their unfolding story.

The ongoing divorce between Christina and her estranged husband took a different turn after sources close to Josh revealed that the divorce filing blindsided him.

The Blast reported that the former police officer was taken aback by the sudden end to their relationship which seemed stable. 

The former lovebirds had recently invested in a dream home in Newport Beach and worked on various TV projects together. The unexpected nature of the split left him both confused and heartbroken.

Insiders disclosed that the situation escalated when Christina halted all direct communication, choosing instead to coordinate through her attorney. In response, Josh also enlisted legal representation, preparing himself for the formal dissolution of their marriage.

Despite the end of his marriage, the TV personality wishes Christina and her family well while focusing on his own well-being.

As their divorce unfolds, sources reveal that Josh's life was deeply connected to Christina and her children from previous relationships. 

The star is said to have developed close ties with Taylor, Brayden, and Hudson, staying solely committed to them.  

Now, Josh is finding solace in Nashville, where he is immersing himself in a new routine centered around self-improvement. He has reportedly been dedicating time to fitness and attending church.

In a candid social media update, Christina addressed the ongoing turmoil surrounding her divorce from Josh. 

Per The Blast, the actress turned to her Instagram story to deliver a clear message about her commitment to protecting her and her children's interests.

In her first post, the real estate mogul dismissed any forthcoming PR narratives of surprise and self-reflection, while highlighting her own readiness to confront the situation head-on. Christina emphatically stated:

"Over here waiting for the typical Hired PR rep speech of "how I was blind-sided and how I'm working on myself and taking time to heal at her ranch"... Meanwhile I'm over here not as nice and quiet as I used to be."

Continuing her message, she criticized attempts to undermine her efforts, asserting that she has built her life and her children's well-being through hard work.

She further warned, "Anyone who would try and take what they do not deserve/what they did NOT work for should be ashamed." Christina emphasized that divorce is a complex process, stating:

"For those that aren't aware…divorces do not happen overnight…& there is always a breaking point. This one is personal……"

On July 16, Josh officially initiated the process to end his nearly three-year marriage to Christina in a filing submitted to an Orange County court. Without a prenuptial agreement in place, the couple might face the challenge of dividing their assets. 

Alongside the dissolution request, Josh has already sought spousal support from Christina and asked the court to deny her any alimony claim. 

He also targeted her reality TV earnings, requesting a share of any HGTV or Discovery Network projects completed during their marriage.
