'Teen Mom' Mackenzie McKee Admits 'Royal Mistakes' With Book Deal

"Teen Mom OG" star Mackenzie McKee has some pretty big news to unveil to her loyal followers – she scored a book deal! The longtime MTV reality star took to Instagram on Monday to reveal the cover for her upcoming memoir, "Straightening My Crown: Conquering My Royal Mistakes." The book comes on the heels of another big move in McKee's life as she left her estranged husband back in Oklahoma while taking her three children and relocating across the country to Florida.

Revealing the cover art of her book, Mackenzie McKee is seen wading in a body of water while fixing a jeweled crown atop her head.

"I'm so excited to officially announce my new book! I can't wait to share my life story with everyone, there are so many details and stories that you never got to see on the show," McKee told fans while directing people to the pre-order link.

The book is currently taking orders for the $21 hardcover version of McKee's memoir, which is due out in October.

As the latest episode of "Teen Mom OG" showcased Mackenzie McKee's difficult decision to leave Josh and head to Florida, the reality star recently took to social media to update fans on her life since the big move.

"Update.... We love Florida. And my mom loved the beach," McKee wrote while sharing ga photo of herself and her late mother, Angie Douthit.

McKee added, "Often I sit on the beach and close my eyes and talk to her. I’ve healed and grown more over the last 6 months I ever have."
