Kroy Biermannhad a tense encounter with law enforcement after his dog was allegedly caught running loose in the neighborhood.
This incident, captured on video in late June, showed Biermann striving to keep his cool amidst the chaos. The frustration obviously partly comes from his ongoing divorce drama, which he mentioned to the officers.
The run-in with law enforcement followed a citation where Kroy Biermann's dog was accused of terrorizing a neighbor.
Bodycam Footage Shows Heated Exchange With Cops Over Loose Dog
Newly released body cam footage captured a heated exchange between Biermann and officers, revealing a defensive side to the NFL star.
The incident occurred in late June when neighbors called authorities to report Biermann's Cane Corso, named Stone. The pet was said to have been running loose in the community and intimidating residents.
The video showed Biermann outside his home, hands on his hips, expressing his frustration and disbelief when confronted by officers. Biermann's frustration was palpable as he reminded them of his ongoing high-profile divorce from Zolciak.
He also suggested that the neighbors' current hostility stemmed from this, stating, "The community does not like us."
At one point in the clip obtained by TMZ, the TV personality invoked the homeowners' association (HOA) rules, arguing that the entire neighborhood is essentially his private property.
However, the officers remained firm in issuing a citation for the loose pet.

The Blast had earlier reported on Biermann's situation with his dog. The incident, which led to a police citation, unfolded when the neighbor called authorities.
The person claimed the large mastiff was roaming freely and displaying aggressive behavior. Police reports stated that the neighbor was alarmed by Stone's presence in the neighborhood and contacted law enforcement.
Although the dog eventually returned to Biermann's property, his explanation failed to convince the police, as there was sufficient evidence to issue a citation.

Biermann and Zolciak's pet mastiff, Stone, has been a source of increasing concern for neighbors.
In October of last year, Stone was involved in a terrifying encounter with a young boy. The dog reportedly attempted to tackle the child, prompting the boy's mother to contact authorities.
The concerned parent revealed that this was not the first time Stone had been seen running loose and exhibiting aggressive behavior towards children.
While no injuries were reported in this particular incident, the mother highlighted the threat posed by the unsupervised animal.
Neighborhood's Outcry Over Kroy Biermann's Dog
The Cane Corso's activity was well known, and the Manor Golf and Country Club Residents group on Facebook featured a detailed post from a worried mother.
According to the post, Stone charged out of an open gate and "attempted to tackle and attack" a child riding a scooter.
Fortunately, the child's sibling intervened, preventing serious injury. Multiple residents then identified the dog as belonging to Biermann and his Zolciak. One Facebook commenter noted:
"It may be [Kim and Kroy's] dog. He is usually behind the gate in the front yard, but sometimes their driveway gate is open."
Kroy Biermann Faced Dog Drama Amid Ongoing Divorce Battle With Kim Zolciak
Unfortunately, dealing with his pet's misbehavior coincided with navigating a stormy divorce from his estranged wife. Despite the rocky road, a significant breakthrough has been made in their lengthy legal battle.
Earlier this month, The Blast reported that Biermann and Zolciak are scheduled to appear in Fulton County Superior Court on November 5 and 6 to resolve their disputes and finalize their separation.
The former couple began their divorce proceedings over a year ago, but disagreements over issues such as custody of their minor children kept tensions high.
While there were first signs of reconciliation in September, Biermann insisted that their relationship was beyond repair and filed new paperwork two months later.
Zolciak also responded in kind by filing for primary physical custody and joint legal custody of their minor kids, mirroring her ex's legal actions.
Alongside the drama surrounding his dog's behavior, Kroy Biermann seems to be facing a challenging road ahead, both personally and legally.
