"Southern Charm" star Kathryn Dennis has reportedly lost temporary custody of the two kids she shares with Thomas Ravenel amid drug accusations.

According to court documents obtained by The Sun, a South Carolina judge ruled that Kathryn will, temporarily, only have visitation with her children, Kensie and Saint. Their father will have primary custody until a permanent decision is reached by the court.

A source told the outlet, “She has supervised visitation during the day Saturday and Sunday every other weekend."

A hearing was held on February 9 and the court issued a ruling on custody on February 25.

Thomas had been fighting to strip Kathryn of custody for a bit. He accused her of abusing drugs. In court documents, Thomas said he had a mutual friend who told him about a trip Kathryn recently took with their kids and her new boyfriend Chleb Ravenell.

Thomas claimed that the friend, “He informed me that he witnessed a lot of cocaine use during this trip and that Kathryn had left cocaine within grasp of the children, which he thought was dangerous.”

Kathryn denied the accusations in court. She said, “I do not use cocaine so naturally I have not left any out for our children to access.”

She believes Thomas is only making the accusations because he wants to take away custody and move away with their kids to another city. Kathryn agreed to take a drug test if Thomas agreed to pay for it and take one himself.

The last photo Kathryn posted with Kensie and Saint was on February 22, days after she lost custody in court.

Back in 2019, the two battle it out in court for several months over custody.

Thomas accused Kathryn of using drugs and neglecting the children while she had them in her care. She accused him of being a drunk who was spying on her with a professional P.I.

During the battle, they both hurled nasty claims against the other. In September 2019, they eventually reached a deal where they shared custody. They even showed up to a party together months after reaching the deal. It seemed they had worked out their issues. Thomas even appeared on the first episode of "Southern Charm" because Kathryn was living him for a bit.

After losing custody, Kathryn jetted off to Miami to party with her new boyfriend.
