'Vanderpump Rules' Star Lala Kent Calls Pregnancy The 'Most Beautiful Time' In Her Life

Lala Kent recently showcased a series of maternity photos. 

As she and fiancé Randall Emmett get ready for the impending arrival of their first child, the third for the movie producer and director, the "Vanderpump Rules" cast member said that she'll "cherish" the images of her nude baby bump "forever."

"It's the most beautiful time in my life," Kent gushed to PEOPLEmagazine on March 3. "The entire experience, from my body changing and creating a miracle, to the way I have changed as a person."

"My stylist Alexandra Renee Scott pulled pieces for the shoot from designer Anne Barge. This unforgettable look she put together helped me to capture my transition into motherhood," Kent continued.

According to Kent, who first shared her baby news publicly during a September episode of her and Emmett's podcast, "Give Them Lala," she and Emmett have selected a unique name for their daughter.

"It's different but we think it's perfect for baby girl," she explained, not revealing what the name chosen would be.

Kent went on to say that the inspiration behind her maternity shoot "stemmed from [her] complete infatuation with Netflix and Shondaland's 'Bridgerton.'"

"Originally it was going to be a studio shoot with avant-garde, heavy styling. I secured original French vintage ribbons, which were used in the costume design of 'Bridgerton,'" said Scott. "Both Lala and I love an ultra-feminine, sophisticated shoot — and if you know Lala, nothing is predictable."

"When we switched at the last minute to this epic location in Agoura Hills, Los Angeles, the styling became more minimal," she added.

"With the dramatic backdrop, the fire-burned trees, and the bright green grass … we had a beautiful metaphor: death and rebirth. It couldn't be more poignant for this time we are living in," Scott continued. 

Speaking of her daughter's upcoming arrival, Kent told PEOPLE that she's never been so excited for anything. 

"There are things in life that I can picture, though giving birth and meeting my daughter is something I can't. I have heard that this moment is unlike anything else. To think about that day coming excites me more than I can explain," she gushed.

As for the ups and downs of her pregnancy, Kent revealed that she's experienced a lot of mental changes. That said, she couldn't be more grateful for her new role as a mom.

"I feel emotional. It hasn't been all ups, though," Kent admitted. "There have been times my hormones have gotten the best of me, mentally. But right now, in my final trimester, I am happy and excited, and so grateful. I'm ready to be a mama! The love I feel for her already is indescribable."
