After two tumultuous years of conspiracy and abuse allegations, Larry King's widow, Shawn King, has finalized her $100 million lawsuit.

The drama began in 2022 when the legendary broadcaster's wife accused his business management firm of stealing money and scheming to undermine her rights to his estate.

The controversial case worsened when Larry King's longtime associate accused Shawn King of abusing the radio host and keeping him isolated. However, both sides have denied all wrongdoings in the matter.

According to new reports, the business management firm Blouin & Company and its executives have settled with Larry's widow. The company represented the couple for years before Shawn slammed them with her conspiracy claims.

The firm stressed that the $100 million lawsuit was over, telling the court they had settled "their respective claims against one another and expect to file mutual dismissal with prejudice."

Although the details of their deal remain a mystery, the documents noted that Shawn and the business management firm hashed out the terms of their settlement during a mediation on May 21.

In her bombshell lawsuit, the TV legend's widow accused the business management firm of conspiring with Larry to transfer millions behind her back. She claimed the money sent to third parties came from their community property.

Shawn alleged the firm created secret bank accounts for Larry, which he used to transfer money without her knowledge. Part of her accusations read:

"The Blouin Defendants led a fraudulent and malicious conspiracy to steal money from their own client, Mrs. King, and deprive Mrs. King from her rights and interests in the estate of her late husband."

Shawn's sister, Shannon Engemann, was named because of her controversial relationship with Larry. She was previously accused of having an affair with the late entertainer; however, they both denied the allegations.

In her documents, Shawn called out Larry's longtime TV producer, Greg Christensen, for receiving $40,000 without her knowledge. However, the latter shocked the world by admitting he collected the money for unexpected reasons.

According to Christensen, Larry sent him the funds to help him escape Shawn's abuse after his 2019 stroke. He claimed he witnessed the 64-year-old's alleged abuse when he visited the radio host's home.

"Shawn King prohibited Larry King from living or sleeping in the main home and forced him to live and sleep only in the backhouse which was located behind their home which Larry King had purchased," Christensen alleged, adding:

"Shawn King also deprived Larry King of his wallet and sometimes his phone for extended periods of time, keeping him trapped in the back house."

Following the abuse claims, Shawn vehemently refuted Christensen's narrative in court documents. She claimed to have spent night and day nursing Larry back to health and moved him from the main house on doctors' orders.

"When Larry was released from the hospital after his stroke, I spoke with Larry's doctors, who recommended that it was better for Larry to spend time in our separate guest house in order to allow Larry to rest and to provide caregivers better access to Larry, who was using a wheelchair," Shawn explained.

She doubled down on her accusations against Christensen and the other defendants, claiming that as Larry's health declined, these individuals convinced him "to take actions that were not in the best interests of Larry or his family."

These actions included Larry's move to end their marriage in 2019, which Shawn claimed he never wished to file. The judge ended up dismissing all claims against Christensen.

Larry, a beloved radio and TV personality, died on January 23, 2021 at 87. However, he barely got to rest before his widow dragged his name to court over his revised will.

Shawn filed a Petition for Probate that year in April, attempting to enforce Larry's original will that named her the executor of his estate.

The revised will, handwritten by the broadcasting veteran in 2019, requested that his $2 million estate be split evenly among his sons Larry King Jr., Cannon, and Chance.

The list also extended to his late children, son Andy and daughter Chaia. Meanwhile, Shawn was completely cut off from the inheritance, and Larry Jr. was appointed as the new administrator, per PEOPLE.

Like her recent agreement with Blouin & Company, Shawn King reached a confidential settlement with her late husband's children. RIP Larry King.
