Taking up temporary residency in the heart of Las Vegas from July 12 through July 22 are some of "tomorrow's stars." Rookies, sophomores, and undrafted basketball players show what they're made of on the court during daily games. Each day of Summer League offers six to eight games between Thomas & Mack Center and the connected Cox Pavilion. The price of a day's ticket covers all games on both courts.

The Blast was on hand for all of Monday's action and has some takeaways to share.

Check the schedule of games before choosing what day you're going to attend if you only plan on going once so you don't miss out on your favorite teams or players. Game times in each location are slightly staggered so if you want to catch a game in Thomas & Mack, but also want to see the game at Cox Pavilion, you're able to move freely between the two, which is exactly what we did (first half of one game, then over to the other for the second half.)

If you know a particular game is going to be a popular one, be sure to go to that one early for seats, since general admission tickets allow you to sit anywhere but the few rows of reserved seats closest to the court. Example: the L.A. Lakers vs. Boston Celtics game was a popular one and seats filled up quickly. Same with the Philadelphia 76ers vs. Portland Trail Blazers game, so heading there early in the game might mean getting closer seats.

During Monday's Lakers game, it was clear that some basketball fans were excited to see LeBron James' son Bronny playing as a Lakers' rookie, while others expressed negative thoughts about his role on the team.

Since being drafted, Bronny has been a big topic of conversation for NBA fans with many believing nepotism played a big part in him being drafted as the No. 55 pick. And his rough start in Summer League hasn't helped the conversation switch.

While LeBron isn't able to attend any of the Summer League games because he's traveling with Team USA, Bronny's mother Savannah, and sister Zhuri were both courtside cheering him on during Monday night's game.

Josh Christopher Impressed Many During Monday's Summer League Game

While many players in Summer League are rookies, others are younger guys who may have gone from one roster to another or have been playing in the G-League. With scouts watching, this is their chance to prove they are worthy of a spot on an NBA team.

Miami Heat guard Josh Christopher, who spent two seasons in Houston and one in the G-League for the Salt Lake City Stars and Sioux Falls Skyforce, impressed many at the Heat vs. Oklahoma City Thunder game on Monday.

Christopher scored 23 points, with 20 of them in the fourth quarter, and gave an impressive show.

Without an NBA contract currently, Christopher is trying to secure a spot on an NBA team, and so far, his Summer League performance has grabbed attention.

While Attending Summer League Games, Keep Your Eyes Open For Celebrity Encounters!

While the games offer tons of action, be sure to scope out the areas around the court for NBA and WNBA players and other celebrities.

During our time at Summer League games on Monday, we saw Jaylen Brown of the Boston Celtics, former WNBA player Kysre Gondrezick, Chicago Sky star Angel Reese, and a few of the current Detroit Pistons roster, including Cade Cunningham.

While you're unable to go to the areas they are sitting in, it's still a cool sight to see. If you have reserved seating, you may have a better shot of running into a few. We watched some kids approach Reese and she looked happy to sign some autographs and take pictures.
