Christina Haack can't catch a break in love with her third divorce on the way, and it looks like another nasty battle!
The "'Flip Or Flop" alum recently made waves for breaking up with her husband, Josh Hall, after nearly three years together. Her now-estranged beau reportedly filed to end their marriage on Tuesday, July 16.
Christina Haack's first marriage was to Tarek El Moussa, whom she welcomed two children with. She shares another child with her second ex-husband, Ant Anstead.
Christina Haack Is Back On The Divorce Block
According to new reports, Hall filed to dissolve his marriage to Haack in Orange County, California. He cited celebrities' favorite "irreconcilable differences" as his reason for divorce, listing the duo's separation date as July 8.
The estranged spouses do not seem to have a prenuptial agreement to sort out their assets and differences, implying they may be in for a bumpy court ride. Hall didn't make things easier by requesting spousal support from Haack.
Additionally, he asked the court to terminate his partner's rights to alimony, meaning he wants to collect but has no intention of giving back. Hall's financial requests didn't end there, with his eyes on possible reality TV funds.
According to the court documents obtained by TMZ, Hall petitioned the court to grant him all rights to any HGTV and/or Discovery Network shows or specials produced during his marriage. Fans may recall that he and Haack have an upcoming show in 2025.

As for the splitting of their assets and belongings, Hall requested the court to divide what was theirs before their marriage.
It is unclear whether or not the pair had joint properties after their marriage, but Haack's estranged beau wants what is his to remain his separate property.
Since the pair didn't welcome any children, child support and custody are not a problem. However, Haack may be gearing up for a nasty battle, according to sources with direct knowledge about the situation.
These insiders claim Hall isn't the only one rushing to get a divorce, as Haack reportedly filed for divorce on Monday. But, unlike her estranged partner's documents, the papers haven't been processed yet.

In December 2022, The Blast reported that Haack raved about her low-key ceremony to Hall on her titular show "Christina on the Coast." She flashed her pal, James, the new bling on her left finger, saying:
"There's something I have to tell you. We just did it low-key, and we're gonna do a ceremony later."
The mother of three also reflected on her past marriages and how Hall must be her final stop, optimistically declaring, "This is it. Third time's a charm." As for why they secretly held a court ceremony, Haack noted they did it for privacy.
The pair eventually held a private ceremony with their loved ones at Merriman's Kapalua in Maui, Hawaii. Her marriage to Hall came a year after she successfully settled her second divorce from her ex-husband, Ant Anstead.
Inside Haack's Divorce From Her Second Ex-Husband
In June 2021, The Blast reported that Haack was officially back on the market after settling her divorce from Ant Anstead. The former couple had a prenuptial agreement, allowing the smooth conclusion of their marriage.
The pair previously raised eyebrows as Haack attempted to settle their divorce sooner, but Anstead never responded to her separation filing. Eventually, the media personality requested she be granted a divorce based on an uncontested dissolution of marriage.
The former lovebirds got married in 2018 and separated in September 2020. They share one son, Hudson, who they agreed to have joint custody of. It was unclear if Haack or Anstead was required to pay spousal or child support.
Christina Haack's First Ex-Husband Wanted A $1M Yacht
In November 2017, The Blast shared that Haack was gearing up for her first divorce from Tarek El Moussa. The former couple were working on a settlement thatsaw the latter fighting to keep his luxury boat.
El Moussa dropped over a million dollars on the 2015 Sea Ray Sundancer 510 yacht and had no plans on giving it up. However, sources claimed Haack couldn't care less about the boat but wanted the pair to sell it and split the cash.
The duo's divorce was a long battle, with El Moussa filing to end their marriage and requesting spousal support. However, Haack countered his demands, imploring the court to terminate his rights to alimony but grant hers.
Although two divorces didn't stop Christina Haack from finding love a third time, only time will tell if her separation from Josh Hall will impact future relationships.
