The photographer addressed Doherty's claims about him dragging his feet as regards agreeing to pay spousal support during her battle with cancer, noting that she was yet to receive a response to her request for his income details.

Doherty requested $15,434 in monthly spousal support due to her reduced earning capacity and the termination of her SAG health insurance because she could no longer work.

The actress reached this conclusion after disclosing that Iswarienko has at least $ 56,076 of his monthly earnings, which could cater to her spousal support.

His lawyer refuted the actress's claim and disclosed that Iswarienko had tried striking a settlement deal last October, which Doherty turned down, claiming that the agreement "skirted around the issues of his original works created during the marriage and his earning capacity."

The Blast shared that the art dealer's team stated that he only wants the best for Shannen and wants "both of them to be able to put this case behind them and move forward."
