Brie Larson's fans don't care whether she's glammed up on the red carpet or makeup-free and eating. Earlier this month, an Instagram fan account dedicated to the Captain Marvel star shared a low-key shot of her chowing down on a pizza slice, and she couldn't have looked more relaxed. Going 100% makeup-free as she was candidly filmed sitting at a table, Brie showed off her appetite while highlighting her fit figure, wearing a flimsy sleeveless top that reminded the world of her rock-hard body. The still came from a video, one showing the 34-year-old gobbling away at her pizza and eventually laughing.

The superhero action star, known for her rigorous workouts, proved she will treat herself to a cheat meal — fans saw her using both hands to shovel in her greasy, cheese-topped pie slice and breaking into a laugh when she realized the whole thing was being caught on camera.

Peeping her ultra-toned frame in her sleeveless white top, Brie Larson matched her white-painted nails to her top, wearing her light locks in a single braid and sitting with a glass of iced tea next to her. Once she'd fully realized she was being filmed, the Fast & Furious star giggled before hiding behind her pizza slice as she lifted it to her head. Brie may treat herself to high-calorie foods, but this is one actress who burns it all off.

In June 2022, Brie made headlines for an Instagram photo that both showed off her fierce curves and the bruises she'd sustained while training for Fast & Furious 10. Sitting on a carpeted bedroom floor as she modeled a orange-piped, floral-print bikini with a busty top, Brie Larson showed off her super-toned legs, but her caption drew the eye to the yellowing bruises on her lower limbs. "Summer is here but bruises from training are in every season," she wrote as fans left her over 800,000 likes.

Brie may have access to the top celebrity trainers, but not all of her workout action happens in the gym.

"I started scuba diving, and that became a whole new revelation as to how I get in and out of characters. You can't just dive into the ocean. You have to have a plan. You have to understand the process of going down and then the process of coming back up, and you have to allow air for that," she told Allurein 2021.
