Bre Tiesi is fighting against the toxic boss allegations of three former employees.

The "Selling Sunset" star recently addressed the matter in court documents, denying all claims against her. She implored the court to dismiss the case, arguing that the allegations had no merit.

Bre Tiesi, infamously known as one of Nick Cannon's baby mamas, was sued in April, months after settling the car accident suit that allegedly caused her miscarriage.

In her filing, Tiesi fired back at her former employees and denied creating a toxic work environment. She stressed that she did not allow harassment and exercised "reasonable care" to "correct promptly any alleged harassing, discriminatory, or retaliatory behavior."

Her lawyer echoed similar sentiments, claiming her actions were lawful. In the attorney's words: "The Complaint is barred, in whole or in part, because [Bre] conduct was privileged, justified, and/or permissible under California law, consistent with community standards."

"Defendants had a good-faith belief that it had a legal right to engage in the conduct," the legal rep concluded, per In Touch.

In line with their argument, Tiesi asked the court to dismiss the lawsuit, noting her actions were justified by business necessity.

In April, The Blast obtained court documents filed by three of Tiesi's former employees. The list included her former nanny, Lucy Poole, her former social media manager, Amanda Bustard, and her former personal assistant, Kenneth Gomez.

The trio claimed they were verbally abused, harassed, and suffered numerous violent acts that violated the California Labor Code and the California Fair Employment. The documents alleged:

"Among other things, Plaintiffs were harassed, discriminated against, and/or retaliated against on the basis of their sex, gender, and/or sexual orientation, and for having repeatedly reported and demanded cessation of the harassing, discriminatory, and retaliatory conduct."

Tiesi's Former Employees Claim They Were Unjustly Fired

Tiesi's former employees claimed they were unjustly fired after months of enduring harassment, discrimination, and threats of physical violence. The sudden termination of their employment, coupled with the alleged abuse, pushed them to file the lawsuit.

"Plaintiffs suffered severe emotional distress, loss of earnings, and loss of employment benefits, among other things," the documents claimed, noting the ex-employees were "entitled to general and special damages, statutory damages and penalties."

Additionally, the former employees believed they deserved compensation for "punitive damages, prejudgment interest, costs, attorneys' fees, and other appropriate relief for Defendants' unlawful conduct."

The Plaintiffs Are Suing For Millions

Tiesi's former employees had several demands, starting with a petition for a jury trial. The trio asked that they each receive at least $1,000,000 for their financial losses and $2,000,000 each to cover "compensatory and general damages."

The damages included but were not limited to pain, suffering, and emotional distress. Their demands continued with $250,000 each for statutory damages and another $250,000 for restitutionary damages.

They also asked Tiesi to pay an additional $250,000 for civil penalties and liquidated damages, plus the coverage of their attorney fees. Their billing extended to the court, asking it to grant them any relief allowed under the Labor Code.

The toxic work environment lawsuit isn't Tiesi's first legal battle, as The Blast reported that she was embroiled in a car accident case. She sued a woman named Keshunna Latrice Parker for influencing her miscarriage.

Tiesi lost her baby after getting into an accident on July 30, 2021. The car crash occurred in Burbank, California, with the media personality blaming Parker for causing the tragic incident with her negligent driving.

She accused the woman of "property damage and personal injury," including "physical injuries, the loss of an unborn child, costs of past, and future medical treatment." The list extended to her pain and suffering, among other consequential damages.

Bre Tiesi Entered An Undisclosed Settlement

The duo settled the car accident lawsuit last December, with court documents noting, "The settlement agreement conditions dismissal of this matter on the satisfactory completion of specified terms that are not to be performed within 45 days of the settlement date."

The notice, submitted via mail on December 8, also stated that a "request for dismissal will be filed no later than April 8, 2024." It was unclear what terms Tiesi settled for; however, car accident cases typically involved insurance companies.

While Bre Tiesi emerged victorious in the car accident case, only time can tell if the lawsuit filed by her former employees will have the same outcome.
