Patrick Mahomes And Brittany Mahomes Drop Baby Bombshell News!

Brittany Mahomes, a fitness trainer and entrepreneur, and Patrick Mahomes, an NFL quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs, are expecting another child together!

The two have been together since high school and got engaged in 2020. They welcomed their first child, a daughter named Sterling Skye Mahomes, in 2021. One year later, they welcomed a son, Patrick 'Bronze' Lavon Mahomes III, which happened to be the same year the couple tied the knot.

And the Mahomes family is continuing to grow, as Brittany Mahomes and Patrick Mahomes just announced they are expecting baby number three.

On Friday, Brittany and Patrick shared a joint Instagram post with the caption, “Round three, here we come."

Brittany and Patrick were joined by daughter Sterling, 2, and son Bronze, 19 months, in a video that revealed the ultrasound photos.

The 28-year-old fitness trainer previously gushed about motherhood, explaining that she loves to spend time with her children and watching them grow. “Oh my goodness, I love being a mom,” Brittany told She Knows. “I think I’ve been called to be a mom ever since I was little."

"Just seeing my kids grow up, and the things that they’re learning, and the things that they’re taking from their dad … when we have first experiences with them, taking them somewhere, seeing them happy and lit up and in good spirits when we do stuff, is probably the biggest thing that I enjoy," she added.

Brittany also explained that she "just wants to be with my kids, you know, 24/7."

"I want to always be with them, I want to do everything, but it’s also like — I have stuff I need to get done. And I need to take care of myself as well, so I’m not so tired," she told the outlet. "And you can’t pour from an empty cup, so I’ve got to keep my cup full. I’ve got to take some time for myself.”

Sometimes, that brings guilt, but Brittany tells herself, "it’s okay, and you have to be energized; you have to be in a good mood."

"If you don’t take care of yourself, then it’s really hard to take care of other people," she added.

The NFL quarterback has also been outspoken about his own family life, praising Brittany for being a great mom.

"I think people don't even realize how much she does." he said on Logan Paul's "Impaulsive" podcast. "Taking care of the day-to-day stuff and making it so where I can focus on football, focus on my craft and everything like that. Just being a hall of fame mom and a hall of fame wife."

"It makes things a lot easier ... when you get to come home and your best friend is there. You can just hang out. It makes you want to be there all the time and so, she pushes me to be great," he added. "She's done a lot of great things herself."

During an NFL press conference, Patrick Mahomes was asked how he communicates with his kids while away from them and on the road.

"I always FaceTime them whenever I'm not with them and talk to them throughout the day. Bronze is running around now, starting to walk," he told reporters, according to People Magazine, adding, "It's always great when I get to talk to them."

This past Mother's Day, Brittany took to Instagram to share a collage of her family, expressing how much it means to her to be a mother. "Being a Mom is the best title I could ever have. I could not have asked for two better babies, raising them with their dad by my side makes every day beautiful," she wrote.

"They make life fun & entertaining to say the least," Brittany continued, adding a laughing emoji. "They have brought so much peace and positivity into our life & I wouldn’t change a thing about it. Thank you God for blessing me with this amazing family of mine."

"And to every mama in my life, Happy Mother’s Day. I have learned something from each of you & am so thankful to have you by my side in this crazy life," she continued.
