Tom Cruise's Older Kids Allegedly 'Don't Exist' To Daughter Suri Due To Their Scientology Faith

Tom Cruise's three children have reportedly drifted further apart, majorly over their different religious beliefs.
According to insiders, Tom's biological daughter, Suri Cruise, whom he shares with ex-wife Katie Holmes, has reportedly cut all ties with her older siblings, Connor and Isabella Cruise. Like their father, they are both members of the Church of Scientology.
Suri's broken relationship with her father, Tom Cruise, was recently put on display as he was notably absent from her recent high graduation event.
Suri Cruise Has Allegedly Cut Ties With Her Older Siblings
According to the Daily Mail, a source revealed that Suri has cut ties with her father's children after she seemingly shunned their efforts to make contact with her over the years.
The 18-year-old high school graduate is understood to have a "non-existent" relationship with her older siblings, who chose to stay with their father after his split from their mom, Nicole Kidman. They have also picked up Scientology as their faith.
"They haven't had contact in a decade and there are several reasons why," a source told the news outlet. "First and foremost is the church of Scientology. Suri's father and brother do not associate with her because of their devotion to the church, so why would she have a relationship with her siblings?"
The insider went further to share that the "Mission: Impossible" star's eldest children felt "outcast" because Suri is his biological child.
"Secondly, there is some jealousy from Connor and Isabella when it comes to Suri because she is Tom's biological child," the source explained.
"They are grateful that they were adopted but having no relationship with their mom, her family, Suri and that entire circle has made them feel outcast," the source added.
Tom Cruise's Three Kids Were Once Close
According to the news outlet, the insider explained that Tom's children used to have a close bond, but everything seemingly went downhill after the break in relations between the 62-year-old actor and his youngest daughter.
The source said, "Connor tried to have a relationship with Suri as they were once close, but their relationship is now non-existent. He doesn't try anymore. Isabella has never been close with Suri."
Tom and Suri have continued to be estranged from each other and have reportedly not laid eyes on themselves in over a decade, although he is said to have a close relationship with Connor and Isabella, whom he adopted during his marriage to Nicole Kidman in the 90s.
Tom and Connor made a rare sighting just over two weeks ago as they departed a helicopter in Central London. They were also pictured together with Isabella back in December in an image shared on Instagram by former NFL player Derrick Brooks.
Suri Cruise Does Not 'Want To Rely' On Her Father
While sources close to the fashion enthusiast shared that she's still considering her career options, she has reportedly remained resolute in maintaining strained ties with her father, and that will not change now that he isn't required to pay child support anymore.
"Suri will not have any contact with her father, despite being 18, and even if he called, she would not answer," a source told the Daily Mail. "He does not exist to Katie or Suri, and his daughter does not want to rely on him for anything."
They continued, "She feels that she has one parent and that is her mother."
Tom Cruise Allegedly Wants To' Lure' Suri Into Scientology
According to reports, Tom plans to "lure" Suri back into his Scientology beliefs after she recently clocked 18.
Before now, the actor has reportedly been paying $400,000 in child support but had "chosen not to see" Suri for the "past 11 years," with Remini suggesting that he'll now move to reconnect her to Scientology as Holmes no longer has legal authority over her.
"I'm sure [Cruise's] master plan is to wait until Suri gets older so he can lure her into Scientology and away from her mother," Remini claimed, per the Daily Mail.
It comes after the actress previously shared in a 2020 interview that the controversial church considered Suri's mom as a "suppressive person" after leaving them, hence the reason why the "Jack Reacher" actor couldn't reunite with his daughter.
"Scientology considers Katie a suppressive person which is an enemy and therefore Tom believes, like all Scientologists, that he can't be connected to Suri," Remini said.
Tom Cruise Once Said He Would 'Always Be There For' His Children
Cruise's estrangement from his daughter is a sad ending to what began as a fairytale back in 2006 when the "Top Gun" actor confessed to Vanity Fair that he "always wanted to be a father."
"I always said to myself that my children would be able to depend on me and I would always be there for them and love them — that I'd never make a promise to my kids that I couldn't keep," the movie star said at the time.
He added, "I'm not one of those people who believe you can spoil a child with too much love. You can never give a child too much love. There's just no way."
