Cuba Gooding Jr. showed up to a Manhattan court on Wednesday morning where his legal team tried to get charges against the actor dismissed after a woman claim he groped her at a bar.

A judge decided not to rule on Gooding's motion to dismiss the charges and will not do so until a hearing in August.

The appearance was Gooding's first since his arrest and arraignment earlier this month.

Gooding pleaded not guilty at that hearing to charges of forcible touching and sexual abuse.

According to the NYPD, a 30-year-old woman accused the "Jerry Maguire" star of grabbing her breast while they were at the Magic Hour Rooftop Bar and Lounge in Manhattan on Sunday night.

The woman told police Gooding Jr. was "highly intoxicated" at the time, reports Page Six, and the two got into an argument after the alleged incident that had to be broken up by security.

The Blast obtained video taken Sunday at the Magic Hour Rooftop Bar and Lounge in NYC where the alleged incident happened.

In the video, Cuba is seen speaking Portuguese into the camera with an attractive woman by his side. They look to be having a good time, and she later wrote, "Nice to meet you man. You’re amazing."

Later, Cuba could be seen (and heard) belting out the lyrics to Journey's "Faithfully," while sipping on what appeared to be a cocktail.

A second accuser claims that the "Jerry Maguire" grabbed her buttocks at a restaurant in Midtown, reports The New York Daily News. The outlet added that depending on when the incident occurred, he might not be charged for the incident if it happened beyond the five-year statute of limitations for this type of sexual assault.
