Stephanie Hollman took on recent rumors suggesting she and her husband, Travis Hollman, are part owners of the production company behind "The Real Housewives of Dallas" during an interview with Entertainment Tonightearlier this month.

After buzz began swirling online in which it was noted that Stephanie had been getting a "good edit" on the show due to her supposed ties to production, Stephanie labeled the reports "ridiculous."

"I'm not going to lie, it really hurt my feelings," Stephanie admitted of the claims about her and her husband.

According to Stephanie, she spent a day crying because she felt as if viewers of "The Real Housewives of Dallas" were suggesting that she wasn't who she appears to be on the show.

"It made me feel like people were saying I'm not a good person and the only way I can be likable is if my husband owned it," she explained. "It's personal, but no, I do not own a production company. I don't own any of Bravo, or any of Goodbye Pictures, we have nothing to do with it."

While it never actually aired, Stephanie revealed that she actually spoke about the false rumor during last year's reunion for "The Real Housewives of Dallas" season four.

"That rumor actually came up at our reunion last year and I wish they aired it because everyone was laughing," she recalled. "And also if I owned it, I would do a different cast many times. If I didn't like someone, I'd be like, 'Get rid of her!' It didn't make a lot of sense … [and] people always want to think the worst."

Also during her interview with Entertainment Tonight, Stephanie admitted to feeling that Travis had belittled her dream of launching a charitable foundation through his company before noting that he didn't realize he was doing so until he began watching their scenes play out as season five aired.

"He felt I was going to start something and then he was going to have to pick it up and do it for me, which happens in our marriage sometimes," Stephanie explained, giving a nod to her potential lack of focus.

"He was scared I would pick up something, and his company is attached to it, and then it would become his thing to do, which it hasn't," Stephanie continued. "I am getting ready to do our second school this Monday, but he didn't have a lot of faith that I wouldn't throw it in his lap and make it, and put more work on him."
