Gypsy Rose Blanchard And Ken Urker Are Already Dreaming Up Baby Names

From prison walls to baby calls -- Gypsy Rose Blanchard is gearing up for parenthood as she announced she was expecting her first child with Ken Urker.

"I’m happy to announce that I am 11 weeks pregnant. Ken and I are expecting our very first child come January 2025," she said in a YouTube video shared on Tuesday.

The statement seems extremely accurate, as sources have said Gypsy Rose Blanchard and Ken Urker are already considering baby names.

Gypsy Rose detailed her pregnancy journey thus far, which she claims was "not planned at all" and was "completely unexpected, but we're both very excited to take on this new journey of parenthood," Gypsy added.

"You know it's still going to be a long journey ahead, but I'm up for it. I feel a shift in myself," she told her fans in the YouTube video shared on Tuesday. "When I found out that I was pregnant, none of anything else mattered; the drama on social media, the few between creator and me, and all of that drama, it just all faded. It didn't matter anymore."

"All that matters is that I'm healthy, the baby is healthy, and the relationship with Ken is healthy," the 32-year-old added.

While she is only 11 weeks pregnant, Gypsy and Ken are over the moon and are preparing to become first-time parents. Not only have they already made a baby registry -- filled with extravagant and expensive items -- but they are reportedly looking at baby names.

According to a family source who spoke to TMZ, "have already been looking at potential baby names and have picked out their favorites."

They have also named the baby's godparents -- Gypsy's half-siblings, Mia and Dylan.

In her YouTube video, Gypsy detailed her pregnancy journey thus far, admitting, "I've already experienced the symptoms. When I first learned I was pregnant, the first thing I noticed was the cravings" for orange juice. "I didn't think anything of it," she recalled, and "when I missed my period, I thought I was having issues with ovulation."

Gypsy added that she's been over-emotional and on edge, but Ken has been "very forgiving" throughout the journey thus far.

“It’s not about anything other than the tiny little life that’s inside you that you are now in charge of protecting," she said of parenthood. "That you are now in charge of protecting and that little tiny life is a baby, a little tiny human that's yours and that you have to make sure you protect, you love, you take care of and all of the things that I wished I could have had when I was little.”

As The Blast reported, Gypsy Rose's mom, Clauddine 'Dee Dee' Blanchard, claimed that Gypsy had to use a wheelchair and a feeding tube. However, in reality, many of these conditions were fabricated or exaggerated by Dee Dee as part of a pattern of abuse known as Munchausen syndrome by proxy. This abuse led to Gypsy undergoing unnecessary medical treatments and surgeries for years.

While serving time in prison for her role in the death of her mother, Gypsy Rose found a special connection with Ken Urker, who started out as her pen pal. After mailing letters back and forth, the two eventually met in person and they sealed their relationship with a kiss.

He popped the question in 2018, but their on-and-off romance fizzled out before her 2023 release. Since, she married Ryan Anderson, separated from him, filed for divorce, and rekindled her love with Ken.

"Ken and I reconnected as friends. It wasn't like, jump out of a marriage and then let me meet up with you, and boom, we're in a relationship," Gypsy told People Magazine. "We had kept a friendship for the longest time. He was in a relationship. I was with Ryan, and so we were living different lives with respect to our partners, a 'wish you the best' type of thing."

It seems as though Gypsy knew Ken was always the one for her, as the ex-convict admitted to People, "I would say that Ken is my first love because that's when I honestly felt like a mature love. It wasn't based off of a fantasy."

"It was actually based on a connection that two people have for each other," she added.
