In July 2022, the 31-year-old singer posted via her Stories, sharing a sunkissed shot and checking boxes for the high-waisted swimwear trend. Shot far out as she enjoyed a luxurious pool terrace backing onto ocean waters, Demi sizzled in her black two-piece, with the photo now kept alive on a dedicated fan account. When users saw the picture, they rushed to comment, with pretty much everyone sending the "Sorry Not Sorry" hitmaker a compliment.

The post even caught celebrity attention. Actress Selma Blair gained likes for replying that the island was her "favorite place."

"Exercising has been so important for my recovery, both physically and mentally," she toldShape. "On show days I count my concert as a workout, but on my off days, I try to work out once in the morning and again at night. It can be a lot between performing and traveling, so I'm careful not to push myself too hard."
