Megan Thee Stallion just scored a huge win after a Los Angeles judge ruled Tory Lanez could NOT publicly comment on the ongoing shooting case.
According to multiple reports, a hearing was held in L.A. today where lawyers for Lanez argued the protective order barring him from talking about the case is 'unfair' due to it not applying to Megan.
As you know, Tory plead not guilty to multiple felonies connected to the case including, assault with a semiautomatic firearm and carrying a loaded and unregistered firearm.

As we reported, Megan has been very vocal about the shooting tweeting, "B---h you shot me AND MY STORY NOT CHANGING AND B---H YOU GOING TO JAIL."
"Yes, this n---a Tory shot me,” she claimed on Instagram. Adding, “You shot me, and you got your publicist and your people going to these blogs lyin’ and s--t. Stop lyin’. Why lie?”
In today's hearing, Tory's attorney Shawn Holley told the judge, "I think in a perfect world, no one would be able to say anything. My goal is to be fair.”

"I don’t know how I can sit idly by when the complaining witness and her lawyer speak to the media," she continued.
Megan's lawyers previously told the media, after Tory's request to speak publicly about the case was filed, saying, "Did the motion fail to mention that there was gunshot residue on his hands or that he texted her ‘Sorry?’ I haven’t had a chance to read it.”
In the end, the judge denied Tory's request to lift the gag order, and Megan remains free to discuss the case.
“We have two high-profile celebrities named as the defendant and the alleged victim in this case,” the judge said. Adding, "The last thing I think anyone wants is for social media to become part of the evidence in the case."
It's unclear if he was warning both sides to stop discussing the case online.
